My garage door was not working for a while and wasn't even sure who to call to get it fixed! I saw an add for Precision and called them. Technician was on time reliable and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Will for sure keep their number!

I want to thank you for the excellent service on 2/27/12 for installing a garage door opener and the followup on 2/28. Your same day service far excelled another company who had missed eight scheduled appointments. I wish I had used Precision first because this opener was a Valentines Day present that was two weeks late. Darren, the technician, was on time, professional, knowledgable and honest. THANK YOU!

I just wanted to let you know what a great job Precision did for us recently. Your area manager, Glenn Gualtieri, was responsive and easy to deal with. He was very informative and helpful in making decisions without getting push or trying to oversell. Your installation team was equally professional and easy to work with. The installation was flawless and they went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered. We are very happy customers.(Shared Review)

Have had Darren come to our house to replace the motor before. He did a great job. He is very kind and professional. Arrived as scheduled and gave good recommendations for the benefit of the homeowner. Very pleased with the service of Darren and Precision and they will certainly be the first one to call whenever I have any future problem with the garage doors.

The technician did an excellent job of describing the problem we were having. If there are any problems again I would have my son call your company again. Annette Arkin

I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise Iâ??ll be happy to give your company my recommendation. (Shared Review)

A brief note to express my appreciation for the service over the past few weeks. The office was very responsive in sending a repairman quickly to deal with our temperamental garage door openers. Darren resolved the emergency and gave us excellent advice. Glenn Gualtieri spent considerable time with us in helping us select the appropriate new doors and openers, and arrived after installation to check and answer questions. The technicians who removed the old doors and installed the new ones removed all debris, explained the functioning, and made sure everything was in working order. Everyone from Precision Door Service arrived well within the appointed time. Thank you for a job well done! (Shared Review)

Just a note to say that I am very pleased with the new garage doors installed last week. Its been a pleasure dealing with Precision Door. Kudos to Glenn - for advising on the right product and getting a job scheduled so quickly, to Sam - for a beautiful installation and clean-up, and to Theresa - for calling to let me know of a cancellation which allowed the installation to occur one day sooner. Nice job all around! (Shared Review)

I chose PRECISION for it's long standing reputation in the local community. Each person I spoke to(Glenn, Brian, Theresa) and met was very thorough and helpful and personable. The service technicians who installed the door were also very efficient and knowledgeable and personable, Joe and George. Installed the door in about 3 hours or less and left the garage in clean condition. I would recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs.

Darren arrived on time Sat. morning. After a brief discussion about the work needed and the cost involved along with a call to his office, we agreed on the work to be performed and the price. Again, the work was completed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Darren is a very pleasant individual and represents the company well.

The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.

For the price I love the quality and the service. Everyone was great from the sales man to the ladies in the office. I had an issue with the new door opener not working properly and it was resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I don't do that often. I felt as if they cared about the problem and they showed it in their actions. As they say in the Army "OUTSTANDING" Thanks, Mike
