Darren arrived on time Sat. morning. After a brief discussion about the work needed and the cost involved along with a call to his office, we agreed on the work to be performed and the price. Again, the work was completed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Darren is a very pleasant individual and represents the company well.

The cable for my door broke and Darren was able to come by earlier then appointed, and this was appreciated since my cars were inside. He performed the repairs and gauged the health of my door system. I did have a couple of other items replaced in order to not have another issue in the near future. The cost was higher then expected, but good work and good parts always cost more. If I have another issue, this is the company I will call again.

For the price I love the quality and the service. Everyone was great from the sales man to the ladies in the office. I had an issue with the new door opener not working properly and it was resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company and I don't do that often. He laid out my payment options, explained your company policies on warranty for the parts as well as a new motor. Anyway, he fixed the door in a couple of hours.
