Frankly I was desperate for help with my garage door. It was stuck in an open position, and I am a single woman, living alone in the suburbs. The thought of that door being left open with all those nighttime critters coming in was frightening. It was a weekend too, so I used the yellow pages and looked for a good advertisement. Precision's caught my eye. They were prompt, courteous, and I am glad that I used Precision. I have a 5 year warranty, and I have had them back twice for small problems which were covered under that. Each time I congratulate myself for choosing Precision.

I was very pleased with the service. The problem was analyzed to find the root of the problem before initiating a repair. This step will prevent a future recurrence of the problem. Then a technician replaced the parts responsible for the initial failure and then replaced the part that was damaged. The service personnel were polite and efficient. I can highly recommend this service.

Darren came to the house early in the time interval previously specified on 9 September 2009, checked out the operation of the garage door (it worked well) and replaced the external key pad and rubber strip at the bottom of the door. Since the total came to more than $200, he informed me that there was a freebie that came with it, a laser unit that positions the car in the garage, which he then installed. His work was a first-class operation. I would rate him a 5. Many thanks.

my problem was a broken cable whch disabled one of my bays. Additionally I knew the doors were becoming rickety and loud. I called from an inernet search using Google and was attracted by the promise of quick response, comprehensive service and local operator. The tech was early, honest, informative, professional and fast. He gave me his best advice as well as an option for an expedient or a comrehensive solution. I took his advice and swapped out all of the mechanical components. I may well do the other two bays based on his advice. Well done. Bob

Performed installation of new garage door opener within an hour and also provided useful advice to make my garage safer(added safety cables on springs to eliminate a potential hazard). Dear Sir/Madame: I just had to write and tell you about my positive experience with Precision Door. A couple of weeks ago, I looked in the Yellow pages for garage door openers. I came across the ad for Precision Doors. I called the 800 number and spoke to a very pleasant young lady. I some questions and to make sure I was given the exact answers, she transferred me to the Service Manager Joe. He answered all my questions. After thinking about what Joe said, I called back and set up an appointment. Date and time was set and I was meeting with Dennis. The day of our meeting, Dennis called to tell me he would be 10-15 minutes late due to his previous appointment. It took longer than expected. When Dennis arrived, he apologized for being a little late. How thoughtful and considerate, a phone call and an apology, very impressed. Anyway, Dennis explained the different door openers and their functions. He checked out my garage and pointed out various things that would pertain to actually putting the garage door opener in. Being retired and on very fixed income, I had no choice than to go for the chain-driven model 3265. He respected my decision. He then asked me what day was convenient for me to have the door opener installed. I gave him a few dates, he said he would get back with me. A few days later he called and the date was set for June 9th, 2009. The office called the day before to confirm the date and time. Darren, the installer, was a very knowledgeable man. He explained to me what he had to do and why. He is very good! Dennis came also. Darren answered my questions as to why he may do this or why he may do that. By the way, I was given a time frame of 8am-12noon, Darren came @ 10am, JUST PERFECT! Darren did a great job in cleaning up, also. Both of these men are indeed an asset to your company! They treated me with such respect and kindness. It was indeed my pleasure to do business with your company. From the young lady who first answered the phone, to Joe, to Dennis and Darren, it was a positive experience. Rest assure, I will be telling everyone I know about Precision Door! Dennis and Brian were both at my home yesterday. However, Brian performed the actual service on my garage door. Both men were totally professional and knowledgeable. My garage door works wonderfully and I am extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend your company (5 on the scale). I was impressed that when I called Sunday evening a person answered the phone.
