The first time we used your services (Oct. 2011), I was very impressed with your office personnel and mostly your technician Darren. The repair the first time went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations as far as time and the knowledge of the product. My next service was today 4/16/12 and once again we had Darren who with out a doubt did his job flawlessly. I have given the Precision name to many other people as the company to deal with. We have decided to change our 3 units in the near future even though we are not having trouble but just to upgrade and once again be dealt with in the most professional manor.

I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. Travis called before arriving and arrived on time Travis explained what was wrong and what he was going to do, and what it would cost before he did the work. Travis was neat, courteous, and did an excellent job. I like the 24/7 live rep, and turn around. I called at 10 at night and I had a serviceman at my home 8:30 the next morning. I was told his name beforehand, and could see his photo online; a good security measure. The cost was pricey.
