I called Precision today and within the hour of my call a technician was at my house. He suggested I replace the inside panel to prevent the garage door from opening without my so doing. He also reprogrammed the inside/outside keypads, remote and jeep. I found him to be very reliable and courteous.

Travis the technician called me the morning of the appointment and stated he could be there early if that was OK with me. Once I recovered from the shock of someone actually being EARLY for a service call, I gladly accepted. We got two coupons for basic garage door service for the doors of our new house. As expected, the 23 year old garage doors were in need of much more than simple service and went beyond the scope of the coupon. This was not a surprise, and Travis explained everything to our satisfaction and promptly performed the work. Now the garage doors are as good as new. Precision Overhead Doors was a pleasure to deal with and Travis was an exceptional service technician.
