I got the company by searching the internet and reading other customers' reviews. Darren, the service rep, had a cancellation, so he was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the broken garage door opener and said we would need to replace it, as fixing the shaft drive would be too expensive. He installed a new belt drive opener within about an hour. Everything worked fine, he swept out the garage, and was very professional. I have no complaints and would recommend Precision and Darren to my friends.

Travis called before arriving and arrived on time Travis explained what was wrong and what he was going to do, and what it would cost before he did the work. Travis was neat, courteous, and did an excellent job. I like the 24/7 live rep, and turn around. I called at 10 at night and I had a serviceman at my home 8:30 the next morning. I was told his name beforehand, and could see his photo online; a good security measure. The cost was pricey.

The first time we used your services (Oct. 2011), I was very impressed with your office personnel and mostly your technician Darren. The repair the first time went very smoothly and exceeded my expectations as far as time and the knowledge of the product. My next service was today 4/16/12 and once again we had Darren who with out a doubt did his job flawlessly. I have given the Precision name to many other people as the company to deal with. We have decided to change our 3 units in the near future even though we are not having trouble but just to upgrade and once again be dealt with in the most professional manor.

Your technician was knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. The door did not reverse direction when a 1" piece of wood was used across the floor track as suggested in the manual. He indicated that even if the door did not pass this test it was not defective. (?) I had the opportunity to show him how to program the remote to control the lights (following the manual)He showed how to operate the door manually in case of power failure and to program the code on the outdoor control. All in all it was a good visit.
