The technician was prompt and courteous. He carefully explained everything that needed to get done and told me how much it would cost before he started the work. Also, he made suggestions about what the doors may need in the future carefully avoiding the hard sell. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Things were fixed quickly and I appreciated not being pressured into buying anything extra although we did end up buying more for the extra warranty. Fixed good as new.

I used Precision to repair my Garage door after seeing one of their trucks in the area. The technician Darren was very obliging, He repaired the garage door, replaced light bulbs in all three motors and even gave our dog who I am trying to train a treat at my request. Thank you Precision for employing people like Darren.

I called out of the blue as a new customer on a Thursday morning at about 7:30 with a dead garage door and a trapped vehicle. The terrific young woman who answered (24/7) gave me a tech and a time right there and the tech (Travis) talked to me before, during and after the repair which was accomplished within 4 hours of the initial call. This organization is top notch and I'll be using them again to overhaul my other doors very soon. Totally impressive in all respects.

Darren was my technician,he was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be repaired and gave me an approximate estimate. He completed the job quickly and neatly. I also felt like I was charged fairly. I had another company here last year and I felt like I was overcharged. I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Your service was friendly, professional, quick and thorough. Your pricing, however, seems a little too marked up - but perhaps that's the cost of convenience.

I was impressed by Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages, especially as to the emergency service and ease of appointments. I was given a prompt appointment. Leo called me as promised and also my neighbor as promised to gain access. He called to say he could come early and arrived when he said he would, which was appreciated. He then called me to fully explain all of the issues with my job and doors. All work was properly done and all paper work and billing was smoothly handled. Overall everything went very well and I will use Precision going forward.

Leo was our repairman. He provided us with new "clickers" and was able to modify the old Stanley receivers on our lift mechanism. The next time we have a problem we will call you and request Leo.

Saw your ad in Yellow Book and thought Precision was located close to my home. Also knew that Lift Masters were serviced. Only had to wait one day. I had garage door repairs done. Travis was very professional, courteous and efficient. He completed the job in a short amount of time and said to call if there were any problems. I was very satisfied and would rate my experience a 5.

My husband was very impressed with Leo. He called ahead of time to see if it was ok to come over earlier than originally planned. He was polite, professional and did the job quickly. Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them. I would strongly recommend them.
