From the initial phone call I made, I was treated with respect and understanding by Elaine ( I think that was her name). She knew I was upset, unable to get my garage door opened. She secured an appointment within a few hours to have a repairman. Daniel called me to let me know he was only 20 minutes away. He was polite and very respectable. He assured me my problem would be resolved. He was very professional and courteous and I was delighted. (He also took his shoes off while in my house) Impressive, a real gentleman. I would highly recommend Daniel and Precision garage door service.

I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service we received. Alex knew his job very well. He was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful on instructing us on the use of the new equipment. We used your company in Sept. 2023 and were so pleased with your service that we knew who to call when we had another problem. I would highly recommend your company. Please thank the 2 men for their great service.

Josh quickly diagnosed the problem with our existing (13-yr-old) opener. He told us our existing motor was dead and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct. We appreciate his trustworthiness. He showed us estimates for all our options and installed a new opener + components in just a few hours. We heard about your company via a Greenwich, CT Neighbors' Facebook Group. We are happy to have found your company and highly recommend you as well.

I am incredibly happy with the new openers I have had installed. Jesse P is a great tech, knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. He had repaired my door springs last year and did a great job then. This is my third time working with him. A good thing to know he cleaned up all of the old equipment and packaging. Would strongly recommend.

I had a problem with my gargage door sensor which did not allow me to close the door. Kyle was my service person that came and he knew exactly what to look for first. It turned out the wires needed splicing. I had someone else come to my home yesterday and never looked at the wires. All he said was the system was old and I would need new wiring connected or a new system. I knew he was an amateur and he quoted me two ridiculous high prices. This company is very professional and everyone I spoke to is kind, caring and comforting. I loved Kyle and his years of experience come through. I will highly recommend this company and of course Kyle.

I chose POGS because of the high ratings and convenience. Online booking was easy and I was contacted right away. The tech came right on time. The tech was curtious and very informative detailing what was needed. I was presented with 3 options to choose for the repair. I like having options because you feel like you are not being railroaded. The door was fixed and the tech went above and beyond. This was my first experience and I was VERY satified with the service. Good job guys!

Alex came and assessed the problem. I needed a new motor. He had 3 on his truck and explained each one. He installed the one I picked, the keypad, and explained everything thoroughly. He is a very friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to request him if I have a problem in the future.
