I was given estimate of $264 to just change the cables with no warranty on the work and would deduct the $69 service charge from that amount. Then the second estimate was for $434 with a three year warranty and would not deduct the service charge from that total. That was for replacing the cables and the four rollers. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jesse Peligri. He carefully explained the options of tuneup vs upgrade; and, after I made my decision, proceeded to efficiently install the hardware. Throughout he was friendly, careful and neat. A very pleasant experience. And, of course, the garage door purrs open and shut.

I used Precision three years ago to replace an older opener and was very pleased. Today, I called today to replace my other garage door opener. The service, punctuality, and professional experience by the technician, Alex Berk, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and able to correct some existing problems with the older opener. Despite my surprise at the price increase since three years ago, I was able to get a more reasonable quote. Both doors run perfectly, smoothly, and quietly. Thanks, Alex!!!

Precision door has been of great help to me, as I own a multifamily rental in the area. It's important to me that my property is maintained to the highest standards. Alex Berk from Precision has been servicing my garage doors, and I can't say enough about this young man. Considering his age, he has really become an expert. He spends the time to figure out a solution rather than just replacing the whole unit. My garage door system is very old, and so far Alex has been able to keep the repair cost to a minimum. Thank you Alex and let's keep kicking that can down the road!

Last Friday when I pulled into my garage and closed the door, I heard a distinct "snap". I tried to run the door to make sure it would open- it would not. I called several EM garage door vendors and one of those vendors was Precision. I was told they could have a tech over between 2 and 6 that day. I got a call just before 2, and met the tech shortly after 2. The tech was able to get the door open so I could get my car out- that was my goal for the day. The tech was able to see that at least one of the cables snapped so the work had to be scheduled, as it was going to require a new top panel of the door- that is in the works now, so I don't have the door fixed and done. I have a tech coming tomorrow to make progress, and check if the appropriate color is available. It is a great company to work with!

My second experience with you. Both times, extremely satisfied. Today, Tyler was awesome. I had a brain freeze, drove into my garage door and was prepared to spend thousands for a new door. Tyler fixed it quickly and charged me the minimum. He was first rate.
