The cable of my garage door broke (both sides) and I thought I would need to replace the door, but Jesse did an amazing job fixing everything. I have to write this review since I got such great service. I called up for an appointment and they had appointments available right away as of the week I called (in today's day and age this is not super common). The person on the phone that I spoke to, Hilal, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and was nothing but great. The technician I had, Luke Stachura, could not have been better. Answered any and all questions (and I had a lot), and took care of everything I needed done with the utmost efficiency and professionalism (while it was about 97 degrees out as well). For reference, the services I got performed were a garage door hardware rebuild (new springs, pulleys, and vinyl rollers installed that were much quieter) as well as two new garage door openers installed for both garages. The service was definitely not cheap, but did not feel overpriced for the work being performed and I could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Hilal and Luke (and precision of course)!

After assessing our problems, he gave us clear and precise details as to what would need to be done. Our initial problem was fixed quickly and we made some additional steps to replace a damage garage door. Leo also fixed our outdoor remote and programmed my opener for my car. While I wish I didn't have the expense of repairing a broken garage spring, we made the right call when we contacted Precision. We called on a Sunday night, immediately got through to an agent who took down our information and made an appointment on the spot -- at 730pm at night. We were contacted by text and phone about the appointment date, got a heads up that he'd arrive within 40 mins. The tech, Brian Birchler arrived on time, did an estimate, explained the situation and got to work. Brian was in uniform and driving a clearly identifiable truck. When the work was complete, he thoroughly explained the repair, asked us for any questions, accepted out credit card and politely left us with a now functioning garage door. The whole process was easy and communication was excellent. Impressed.

My garage door failed to open after the storm. I bought this unit several years ago and chatted with a representative at 10pm in the evening and setup an appointment for the next day. Technician was on time and practiced all social distance requirements. Ultimately problem was just some general service the unit needed. This is what customer service should be. Highly recommend Precision whether to install a new opener or service something existing. No long song and dance of could be this or that and then sold something you probably don't need. This was an easy fix and like my original install years ago, nothing to complain about only praise
