Mike K was terrific! He kept me informed throughout the process, including calling me to let me know when he’d arrive at my house. Showed me what he would be looking at and how he’d diagnose the issue. He explained everything he found which suggested I would need a new unit sooner rather than later. He showed me options and never pressured me. Finally, he took the time to set up the app so I could open and close the door with my phone. Precision made it very easy to set up the appointment. Was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Precision provides Excellent Service and Quality! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They quickly responded to my inquiry and scheduled a convenient time for the service. The technicians arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and worked diligently to install my new garage door. The quality of the door itself is outstanding, and the installation was seamless. I really appreciated how the technician took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned and functioning smoothly before leaving. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality garage door service, I highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent work we are thrilled with our new door!

Mike K. was on time, notifying us with a phone call 15 minutes before he arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the systems, parts and install. He gave us different options and prices for each option. He didn't sell us on things we didn't need which was important to us. Our new belt drive door opener is super quiet and smooth. Very happy with the service.

Joshua G is an excellent technician, extremely professional and personable. One call one appointment everything needed was on the well organized truck. He was willing to work with my old door. And didn’t just try to sell me a new door. But when I need a new door I will absolutely call Joshua and Precision.

This just might be the best company that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a long, long time! First of all, the company kept me updated as to the status of my appointment; I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for the technician; both the company and he (Leonard) called me as he was on the way - and he was extremely prompt. And I didn’t have to worry about a scammer showing up; the company sent me Leonard’s photo along with a sweet bio. And I was so impressed with Leonard’s level of expertise; he resolved my immediate concern almost instantly. And, he alerted me as to a problem that will arise in the future, but put ZERO pressure on me to have his company resolve it now. In fact, he gave me helpful hints as to what I could do now to delay the problem from occurring; I was so impressed that he put my needs ahead of his company. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an honorable company; I will use them and only them, for any issues with my garages!

We heard about Precision from our neighbors who said the service was excellent and we found out for ourselves how true that was. Mike who came to our home was as polite and courteous as anyone I’ve ever dealt with and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

Mike the tech was really easy to work with and did a great job. He went over everything with me and was extremely polite and professional. He answered every question and concern I had. I cant recommend Precision enough for any garage needs.
