From the moment I made the initial call to the moment the job was completed—less than 4 hours total!—Precision Garage Door blew me away with their speed, professionalism, and top-tier service. A special shoutout to Michael Kelleher, our installer, who was absolutely outstanding. He arrived promptly, walked us through the process clearly, and installed a brand-new garage door opener with precision and care (no pun intended!). He was courteous, efficient, and clearly an expert at what he does. Yes, the price was on the higher side—but the value was unbeatable. Fast turnaround, high-quality workmanship, and a completely stress-free experience. You get what you pay for, and in this case, it was totally worth it. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and professional service. Ask for Michael if you can—he’s the best!

I live in Trumbull, CT. It was not listed in the drop down menu. Josh did a super great job. From start to finish he was first class. Assessed the job quickly and professionally, explaining what needed repairing what did not. Gave me an estimate which I though was fair and reaonable and completed. And he had all the parts needed to make the repair then. No waiting or ordering or delays. Impressive. the job was completed quicker than I expected explaining all the steps he needed to perform. He did a fabulous repair. I would be pleased to recommend Josh and Precision any time and feel free to use my name as a reference. Many thanks, Jerry Gregory

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision! My garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called and immediately got through to a rep, Anthony. I explained what happened, he gave me a quote, and then was scheduled for a Sunday appointment between 12 pm - 4 pm with Jeff, one of their technicians. On Sunday I was texted with regular updates on Jeff’s schedule. Jeff arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed my garage door perfectly. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. Also, Jeff was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional. My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours after I called Precision on a Saturday evening! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service and repairs. Special shout out to Anthony and Jeff! John M.

He left the garage cleaner and neater than it was when he began. 5 stars from us.

The service was prompt, reliable, and professional. The technician discussed our options with us in a clear way and did the work efficiently. In addition to needing the spring replaced, we learned that our rollers and motor were also on their last legs. My only complaint is the cost of a new garage door motor but that is not on the technician. It just was a little bit of sticker shock. We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will turn to them for any future isssues.
