Great overall experience. 1. Very easy to make an appointment on line. 2. Technician showed up in the promised time frame 3. Texts kept me informed of my appointment timing 4. They programmed everything and even helped with our car openers. 7. One of the best home improvement experiences that I have had in a while.

I was very satisfied with Precision. The door spring snapped once I closed the garage door. I was very lucky because there was no safety cable and the spring and other parts could have flown about and caused damage to me and/or my car. . The technician installed new springs, cables, including safety cables, stronger parts that the cable slides on. The technician was polite and explained why he need to change the parts for everything to be safe.

The technicians at Precision are always kind and respectful. I couldn't get my keypad to work after troubleshooting myself and Mike K., explained the issue and my options. He fixed the problem immediately and everything works fine. He also offered his business card to assist further if any other problems should arise. Great customer service!
