Joshua did a great job inspecting my opener (circa 2004), explaining the issue and replacing it with new. I will ask for him in the future. BTW, I live in Greenwich CT and that was not available on the list of cities so I used Banksville which borders Greenwich

Our technician, Luis Rodriguez, came on time and was very friendly and professional. We had an issue with a roller wheel coming out of the rails of the garage door. The piece that holds the roller wheel was bent, so Luis di the necessary work to replace that bent bracket. Have used Precision in the past, and have always been impressed by their professionalism and courteous and knowledgeable employees.

We thank you for your quick response to our request & doing the work the same day we called. Brian was great. He was very nice, friendly & professional. He asked questions so that he would know what to look for & he answered all questions we asked & explained what he found & what needed to be done. He was very nice to work with & very nice to talk to. We're very pleased with all that he did. Thanks, too, for the coupons that were in Value Pack for that's how we initially found out about your company & were able to use one of the coupons for the work that was done. We would definitely recommend Precision to family & friends. Thanks again for everything. - The Mosley Family

I have been a Precision Garage Door Service customer for many years. Representatives like David Goldstein are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer. David was punctual and courteous. Most of all, he was professional. He explained what I needed for today's garage door tune up. He kept me updated throughout the process. Additionally, David made suggestions regarding replacement doors. He left brochures for me to review. I definitely will buy my replacement doors from Precision Garage Door Service very soon. Five stars is not enough to rate my satisfaction!

Luis did a stellar job. He came on time, reviewed the garage door, identified the issues, offered solutions and right away started working to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable, cares about the job he is doing and our safety. Whoever installed the parts previously did everything wrong. I’m glad to find a company like Precision Garage Door that I can trust the work will be well done.
