From the initial phone call I made, I was treated with respect and understanding by Elaine ( I think that was her name). She knew I was upset, unable to get my garage door opened. She secured an appointment within a few hours to have a repairman. Daniel called me to let me know he was only 20 minutes away. He was polite and very respectable. He assured me my problem would be resolved. He was very professional and courteous and I was delighted. (He also took his shoes off while in my house) Impressive, a real gentleman. I would highly recommend Daniel and Precision garage door service.

I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service we received. Alex knew his job very well. He was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful on instructing us on the use of the new equipment. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem with our existing (13-yr-old) opener. He told us our existing motor was dead and no longer in production. My husband fact-checked this and Josh was 100% correct. We appreciate his trustworthiness. He showed us estimates for all our options and installed a new opener + components in just a few hours. We heard about your company via a Greenwich, CT Neighbors' Facebook Group. We are happy to have found your company and highly recommend you as well.

I was forced to use Precision for a repair since they installed a door opener 2 years ago. They are very pricy as compared to other door companies. $299 for a break in fee and $800 for a new motor. Big rip off company!!!

Great experience with Precision. Lewis was professional and knowledgeable. I called thinking the motor needed service. Lewis said he can do the work but couldn’t guarantee the parts would work on a 20+ year old motor. We went through different options and costs on repairing the old motor or some new motors. I did not feel pressured at all but in the end I did buy a new motor. I kind of suspected that might happen due to the age of the existing one and several recent repairs. I think the price of the new motor with remotes, wall remote, key pad, and camera was reasonable. Lewis did a great job with the installation and showed me how it works (all of the special gadgets my old one didn’t have). Thanks Lewis.

My husband and I purchased a Precision Garage Door many years ago when we first purchased our home. Alek Berk was the service technician that arrived at our home. Wow! How lucky we were to have him assigned to our service call! Alek was professional, prompt, friendly, engaging and a wonderful young man. Alek quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken spring and immediately went to work to repair it. Alek provided outstanding customer service. We would call and request him for any future service calls. Thank you Alek!
