Alexi phoned to alert me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived as promised. He diagnosed my problem immediately (broken spring so door would not open), said it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half to repair, and was done in less than an hour. He checked everything else to be sure all was in good working order. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant. My problem occured on a weekend. How many companies do you know that don't charge extra for a weekend service visit? Precision Garage Door Service DOES NOT! And, the service charge was waived because I went through with the repair. All in all, I give this company an A+ along with the 5 stars!

I was very skeptical of calling a company for a repair of any kind without knowing exactly what was wrong. I chose precision due to location and vicinity of my home. From the time I scheduled the appointment up until the job completion, it has been better than five star service. I have no words to express how professional and knowledgeable Jessie is. From the moment he arrived, he was nothing less than professional And welcomed all my questions. Had I had been given a company as a reference by anyone, the experience couldn’t have been any better. Repair was fast, efficient, and the result was beyond impressive. Being in the medical field, the fact that they respect Covid and respect everyone by keeping safety a priority, was beyond what I could’ve ever expected. Jessie was so impressive with how professional and knowledgeable he is In addition to the fact safety was always maintained and he remained masked with a very protective mask throughout the visit. I am so sorry I can only give five stars. Pricing is more than fair and the fact that they come on weekends and is no extra cost is on his also another five star feature. Don’t go anywhere else. This is going to be my go to for all garage door needs And it should be yours too.

We received same-day service, the repair man came within the promised time-window and alerted us before he arrived, he had the right equipment to fix the problem ( a overhead support for the motor had come loose and needed to be replaced), he found another small problem and fixed it before it become a bigger problem and patiently explained to us as he progresses exactly what he was doing ,why he was doing it and what it would cost

Precision was great from start to finish! I contacted them through their website on a Sunday night and was able to confirm an appointment for Tuesday morning (my choice). Sonny called about 30 minutes before he arrived on the earlier side of my time window; also something I hoped for. Sonny took the time to explain all the options and allowed me to make the decision without any pressure. He advised me on how to keep my garage door working well. We received multiple proposals for new garage door installation. Throughout the process, Precision was the most professional company and was sure they could do the job. We live in an old tudor with pipes running throughout the garage ceiling. Other companies were concerned about their ability to install a system. Precision's team member (Mike) showed up with years of field experience and was sure he could specify the right package for our garage door.

Sonny just left our home! He did a superb job for us and we are lucky that Precision Overhead Door would come on a Saturday. Our cable snapped and the garage door folks that we always did business with “don’t work on a Saturday” - also, we “don’t do residential anymore but we can come on Monday”. Oh well … we have just located our new Garage Door company and we THANK YOU for coming on a Saturday and for the EXCELLENT work. We notice that the newer springs are of much better quality than what we originally had .. much stronger.
