The Precision service agent was very polite, professional, and helpful. He helped me understand my options, and installed a new garage door opener on the spot. He was very efficient and clean. And the new system was much quieter than my previous system.

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, their customer service is outstanding. When I called to schedule an appointment, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in quickly within 24 hours, which was a huge relief given the urgency of my garage door issue. The technician (Isaac) arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the necessary repairs, ensuring I understood everything before proceeding. His expertise was evident as he worked efficiently and effectively, fixing the issue with precision and care. What truly sets Precision apart is their commitment to quality. They used top-notch parts and materials, and the workmanship was impeccable. My garage door now operates smoothly and quietly, just like new! Another major plus was the transparency in pricing. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges; everything was upfront and fair. The value for the service provided was exceptional, and I feel confident that I received the best possible care for my garage door. Thank you Precision!

Jeffrey B was my technician. He called to say he was on the way. He evaluated the problem and told me he had the materials to fix it. When he was done, he showed me that the garage door was working properly before he left. He was very courteous and professional. He also told me to call if anything arose after he left which was reassuring.
