Kyle our tech was amazing. I had backed into the door and thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he repaired it to look almost as good as new so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Kyle was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Any time I have an issue with my garage doors, I go directly to Precision - I wouldn’t consider using any other company!

What a great experience. If there was an option for six stars, I would give that. From the moment I made the appointment for the technician to come to my house, I was impressed by the extraordinary customer service. I think that the text and email notifications are a very nice touch. Prior to the technician arriving at my home, I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was scheduled to come to my house, along with a little information about him; Another nice touch. Leonardo got to my home as scheduled. What a pleasurable service experience . He was friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff . What impressed me most about Leonardo was his honesty . He was not pushy and did not try to get me to Buy things that I did not need . Thank you again for such a great service experience .
