Excellent experience throughout, from making the appointment to the completion of the work. When I called to reschedule for an earlier appointment I was readily accommodated. The technician, Jeffrey was prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. He immediately analyzed the problem, offered solutions and recommendations. The work was completed very satisfactorily in a timely manner. I have worked with Precision for many years and originally chose them because of their location, and reviews. I highly recommend Precision.

Contacted Precision after doing a Google search because my garage door would not close all the way. Setting up the appointment was very easy. On the day of my appointment I received a phone call from the technician Jeff who stated he would arrive at about 2:30 my appointment slot was between 2-4. Jeff showed up introduced himself and I showed him the issue with the door. He was very friendly and professional and assured me that he would figure out what the problem was and that he would have it fixed for me. He completely inspected the door and all the components also took pictures and said he would email me some quotes with some suggestions if I wanted to have additional work done. Jeff began working on my door adjusting different parts, adjusting the motor, until finally my door operated perfectly. He then lubricated everything and had me test the door a few times. Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and determined when it came to his work. He cleaned up and made sure all my questions were answered and my problems addressed. I must say it was a pleasure having him as my technician to fix my door. A true professional. As a whole Precision is a great company to contact if you need anything as far as garage door problems or issues. I highly recommend giving them a call because you will be totally satisfied with their service. To Jeff thank you so much for all your hard work yesterday. I hope your supervisor reads this and rewards you appropriately. You're a valuable asset to the company and if we decide to do any other work on our garage door in the future I will insist on asking to have you do the work. Thank you again.

On time professional and explained and answered all my questions. When I answered the door I rudely asked the tech if he graduated high school yet. He took it in stride. I had tons of questions about why the door couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. I trusted what he said. So far so good. If I decide to order through them I hope installation goes as well

Roberto was excellent, he diagnosed the problem and went about correcting it. He observed there were actually two issues, the door balancing and the genie unit was also bad. Roberto installed a new unit and also correct the door balancing. His work was clean, quick and professional.

Because of broken springs, my garage door would not open. A young man named Alexei came out this afternoon. He did beautiful, careful work, first explaining the problem to me. He not only carefully replaced the springs, but checked the entire door and its mechanism. He demonstrated a safety feature on the door opening system, something I had not known about, and before he left, gave me important maintenance tips as well. I felt reassured knowing that if the door ever gave me further trouble in years down the line, I would know what company to call. Very fine work, done carefully and knowledgeably .

Prior to tech Jeffrey Barrales arriving to estimate and ultimately repair my garage door, a text was sent along with his photo for security purposes. Jeff arrived on time, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff even dried the garage floor where some rain had gotten in! During the repair process, Jeff was joined by tech, Leo who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was Friday, both stayed until 8:30 PM to fix my door. The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Kyle. He was courteous and professional. Prior to making the repair on my garage door, Kyle did a thorough inspection of my garage doors and all of the mechanisms. He was able to send me an immediate estimate in email for work that was completed today and for things that will need to be repaired and/or replaced in the not too distant future. I am very happy with Kyle’s work. I’m looking forward to his next visit to my home.

The response from Precision doors was great! The were able to dispatch a repair technician with a day of me reporting the door failure. Jesse was great, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. After diagnosing the cause of the broken door and best method for fixing it, he also proceeded to change out the light bulbs, lubricate the rollers and track (which made a huge difference), and even help me program the door opener key pads. Thanks to him I had to provide 5 stars. There was one aspect that left me unhappy. He reinforced both doors with a Gosh Bracket to avoid future failures. Those brackets cost $85 each. I paid $170 for both doors. Lowes sells the same bracket for $15.98. Why such an extreme mark up on the material price???
