From the initial phone call I made, I was treated with respect and understanding by Elaine ( I think that was her name). She knew I was upset, unable to get my garage door opened. She secured an appointment within a few hours to have a repairman. Daniel called me to let me know he was only 20 minutes away. He was polite and very respectable. He assured me my problem would be resolved. He was very professional and courteous and I was delighted. (He also took his shoes off while in my house) Impressive, a real gentleman. I was forced to use Precision for a repair since they installed a door opener 2 years ago. They are very pricy as compared to other door companies. $299 for a break in fee and $800 for a new motor. Big rip off company!!!

We had Precision Door install a new motor and ancillary equipment for our garage door 8 years ago. It has worked very well, and no significant repairs were ever required. Today a spring broke through normal water & tear. A maintenance technician arrived within an hour of my call. He had all required parts in his van and was able to install a new spring and get the garage door operating perfectly in very little time. I highly recommend Precision Door products and service.
