We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions. We were very satisfied with Mike as we have been with all the Precision techs.

I had a new door put in 2 yrs ago Julian did an excellent job and also synced my 2 cars. Yesterday 2 guys came to check safety lights and sync new car. Ended up putting new rubber bottom. Good job However wanted $254 to sync new car. RIDICULOUS. Ended up doing it myself

I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.
