We first used Precision Door in 2013. Visit on July 24, 2025 was excellent, Repairman was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. (He replaced the backup battery and also did some greasing of the main track and the hinges on the door sections.)

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision! My garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called and immediately got through to a rep, Anthony. I explained what happened, he gave me a quote, and then was scheduled for a Sunday appointment between 12 pm - 4 pm with Jeff, one of their technicians. On Sunday I was texted with regular updates on Jeff’s schedule. Jeff arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed my garage door perfectly. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. Also, Jeff was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional. My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours after I called Precision on a Saturday evening!
