Our service technician was Travis with whom we were totally satisfied. Knowing he would be a little later than scheduled, he called twice to keep us abreast. Upon arrival, he very thoroughly explained what he would do and then went about his job with great efficiency. He was very warm and courteous and left us feeling that we were in good hands. The appointment was very well handled and left us quite satisfied.

He called us that morning to say he would come earlier rather then later. As before, he was able to show us what to do. Darren showed up promptly, clearly explained what the issues were with the work I had done previously and did a total rebuild on one door for me. My only disappointment was finding out what a sloppy job my previous service company had done and what cheap parts he had used. No wonder I had so many service calls. I was very happy with the work and scheduled Darren to come back and do the same rebuild on the other door for me. He was very efficient and professional, a pleasure to do business with.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend Precision. We had a new garage door installed and from start to finish the people we dealt with were courteous, professional and competent. Travis spent time with us selecting a door style and didn't try to "over sell." He was a pleasure to deal with. Our technicians, Gerard and Kenny, were the best! Both were extremely friendly and helpful explaining certain operational features I had questions about. They even took the time to write things out for me on a separate piece of paper so I could later explain them to my husband. They were meticulous with the installation and the finished product is perfect. Overall 5 stars for sure! Nicely done Precision...

Garage door spring snapped and we called for service. Travis arrived at specified appointment time and after a thorough review by him, I opted for a new door. New door was installed several days later. Total experience was excellent from first communication through completion of installation. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 10++.

Precision was on top of scheduling the appointment for the Angie's List special, and it is a good deal to tune up and replace the rollers on our garage doors. Darren called ahead and showed up right on time for the job. He pointed out potential issues for the future, and didn't try to up sell me on things that are not currently needed. It took him about 45 minutes to service both doors, and was very courteous and professional.

Website looked great. We had an old, "problem" door that took awhile to fix, but our technician was very competent, got it working just perfectly, and, when the job was done, he explained everything we needed to know about the new motor, remotes, etc. (We had a new motor, new springs, rollers, cables, etc. installed. Basically, we had everything replaced except the door itself and the tracks on which it runs.) A complicated job! Thanks for the good service!
