I was not at home at the time...only my husband but he took the time to call me to confirm what he needed to do and the cost of the work. I chose Precision Door because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I could not be happier! A door I could barely lift now moves easily. I was called on my cell phone by the technician - Rich - when he was 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly during the appointment time that was set up in advance. One visit was scheduled during horrific weather. Blowing and drifting snow, and temperatures below 10 degrees. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. No kidding!! The woman was apologetic, and there was no need for that. It was rescheduled at my convenience. You can't go wrong with these guys. I highly recommend them.

This was a great experience. Christina was very helpful in the phone in her product recommendation and scheduling the appointment. The technician showed up EARLY!!!! and the work was done under 2 1/2 hours. He was very clear in explaining the new openers and recommending repairs that need to be done on the actual garage doors. I would definitely recommend your service. My apologies that I do not recall the installer.

Good impressions first. I appreciated Rick coming out to program the remote clickers and install a new keypad despite heavy snow. He worked very hard to troubleshoot and come up with the quickest and cheapest solution possible. Now that bad part, Rick installed an LM365 and 877 keypad. The prices that we paid on these were outrageous though. We were charged $150 and $90 for these parts. I checked online and these were available for less than $30 each. Your pricing seems outrageous. We paid 4x the actual price! In summary, exceptional service from Rick. But the pricing of your parts needs to improve if you want to get our repeat business.
