We had two new garage door springs (with associated cables and pulleys) installed plus new rollers for the door. The work was performed very efficiently and effectively. The technician was friendly and informative. The door now opens and closes quietly and precisely. We are very satisfied with the service Precision Door provided and would highly recommend them.

Five Stars - Incredible refreshing to have an all around excellent experience from the first call making the appointment, to a same day service visit within the time frame given and to have a service technician that was courteous, conscientious and equipped with all the parts to complete the service. Thanks so much.

I was moving to another state and my house was about to go on the market. frazzled is an understatement!!!! The garage door had been broken since one of the winter storms. What to do? I read about how great Precision was and called. They were unbelievably good and honest. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the charge was minimal. Clearly a 5 star rating!!!

I learned about Precision from Angie's List and arranged for a garage door tune-up. The technician did a brilliant job, and the door works better now than it has in 10 years. Thank you!

Excellent! First they sent me an email with the name and picture of the technician who would work on my garage. No chance of opening my door to a stranger! The next day they called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive and the name of the technician. The person arrived at the exact time, assessed the problem, told us the approximate price to fix it and had all the necessary materials on the truck. The technician got to work immediately, was efficient, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

The installation of the new Wayne Dalton Model 8700 vinyl garage door was completed in a very professional manner. The two-man installation crew headed by Reinaldo P. was directed by Brian S., the supervisor at the Mamaroneck, NY shop. This was due to the need for a large radius track to clear the outward opening door from the house to the garage. Brian S. also went beyond the call of duty to reinstall the magnetic switch for the garage open indicator light in the house and to make sure it was working well. Due to clearance requirements, a 6'-9" high door was required, rather than the standard 7'-0" high door. This shorter door required an additional piece of trim at the top of the door opening. My wife loves the appearance of the new vinyl door and I like the durability and ease of maintenance. For us, the vinyl door is worth the additional cost.

Mr. Ricardo, your installer, was excellent. He replaced the motor, put in nylon wheels, rmoved the old chain-linked motor and the end result was the smoothest garage door I have operated. He explained the key functions before he left-and I was so pleased to use his services. For the 1st time since 2001, I do not wake up to the sound of a noisy garage door opening! Thanks Ramesh Rama

I am overwhelmed by the exceptional skill and professionalism of everyone I dealt with. In less than 24 hours, I saw your web site, called for advice, got an appointment to exactly meet my needs, greeted your technician on time and with a positive attitude and ended up a thoroughly happy customer as the new power garage door opened and shut like a charm. My deep appreciation for a job well done.
