We are so pleased with Precision. Their prices were fair and their wasn't any wait time. The tech came, evaluated and serviced the job all in one visit. Travis was our service technician and not only was he prompt but he was honest and professional. He explained all our options and he never pressured us to go in any one direction. Very smart, very nice... If all their techs are like Travis then I would highly recommend everyone to use Precision Garage Door.

Our technician Rick Co was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose our garage door problem quickly and repaired it immediately. He uses the right parts and makes sure what's put in matches to your door and opener. Service was outstanding and I am very happy I called Precision.

Hands down, the most reliable, professional company I have found on the Internet, and anywhere for that matter. Communication was top notch...email to confirm appointment and a telephone call on day of service to confirm time. Riccardo was there to the MINUTE of his scheduled time and walked me through my options and gave me pros and cons to each solution. Brilliant. Work was great and price was reasonable for the quality and guarantee...would whole heartily recommend this company.

Precision was fantastic! They scheduled a same-day appointment for us and were very flexible on time. The technician immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it quickly. While he was at it, he gave our whole system a tune-up and even straightened out a bent track that he said could cause problems in the future. We were very pleased, and the services were very reasonably priced!

Brian was able to come over an hour before the time window given to me, which was great because my car was stuck in the garage. He was friendly, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken springs) and fixed it with no issues. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was excellent! I am saving Precision's info and calling again if I ever have another problem with our garage doors.

Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

This was 5* service. Rick's professionalism was beyond expectations. We returned from vacation to find our old garage door wouldn't open to let our car out. He was here in a couple of hours and replaced the system on the spot. We were so impressed we called him back to replace the garage door. Cheers, Dick Hare PS: I retired as Sr. Director of J.D.Power & Assoc. so I am certain what is required for a 5* rating.

I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and the entire service experience with your company. Brian was at my home within four hours of my phone call and he could not have been nicer or more professional. We need more people like Brian in the home repair industry. He was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure that everything worked as it should before he left my home. I never once felt that he was there to sell me something I did not need - the only impression I had was that he was there to solve the problem that I had ........ and he did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
