Website looked great. We had an old, "problem" door that took awhile to fix, but our technician was very competent, got it working just perfectly, and, when the job was done, he explained everything we needed to know about the new motor, remotes, etc. (We had a new motor, new springs, rollers, cables, etc. installed. Basically, we had everything replaced except the door itself and the tracks on which it runs.) A complicated job! Thanks for the good service!

I called Precision today and within the hour of my call a technician was at my house. He suggested I replace the inside panel to prevent the garage door from opening without my so doing. He also reprogrammed the inside/outside keypads, remote and jeep. I found him to be very reliable and courteous.

Travis the technician called me the morning of the appointment and stated he could be there early if that was OK with me. Once I recovered from the shock of someone actually being EARLY for a service call, I gladly accepted. We got two coupons for basic garage door service for the doors of our new house. As expected, the 23 year old garage doors were in need of much more than simple service and went beyond the scope of the coupon. This was not a surprise, and Travis explained everything to our satisfaction and promptly performed the work. Now the garage doors are as good as new. Precision Overhead Doors was a pleasure to deal with and Travis was an exceptional service technician. Hopefully we don't need garage door work again anytime soon but if we do, we will call Precision. Thank you!

I chose Precision for our garage door repair from an advertisement I had received. Our garage door key pad broke and I tried replacing it myself with no success. I initially selected Precision because it seemed the most professional business of the ones I dealt with while getting quotes to install two new openers in a very old existing garage. They were very quick to respond and got a technician to come out and evaluate the install without a charge. When Travis (the technician) and I spoke with him on the phone he made me feel very confident regarding his ability to do the job properly despite the many challenges it posed. Another reason I chose Precision was the broad selection of products and the multiple options available to me in my particular situation. Travis completed the initial install in 2012 very well and I was fully satisfied. Last week one of the doors broke and I called. They sent Travis again (the same day) and he surveyed the situation, giving me a very honest assessment of my options. Again, there were many challenges to the repair and Travis himself expressed some reluctance, but eventually he completed the job just as I asked him to and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitively recommend Precision to others for garage door opener installation and repair. Travis did a fantastic job both times.
