I tried to leave for work today and my garage door would not open. That was at 7:00. By 8:15 Justin was at my door, ready to install a new opener. He was pleasant, polite and really efficient. I left for work and Justin called when the work was done. Everything was just perfect. I will use Precision again when I replace the workings. Thanks you so much.

I was impressed by Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages, especially as to the emergency service and ease of appointments. I was given a prompt appointment. Leo called me as promised and also my neighbor as promised to gain access. He called to say he could come early and arrived when he said he would, which was appreciated. He then called me to fully explain all of the issues with my job and doors. All work was properly done and all paper work and billing was smoothly handled. Overall everything went very well and I will use Precision going forward.

My husband was very impressed with Leo. He called ahead of time to see if it was ok to come over earlier than originally planned. He was polite, professional and did the job quickly. Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them. I would strongly recommend them.

I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again. I believe Darren was the name of the technician and he did a wonderful job, was pleasant, and was finished very quickly. And as promised there was no charge. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!
