Rick the technician came to the house earlier then expected which was great for me. He did call and ask if it was convenient first. He did a great job on our garage door--It was more than I wanted to pay--but I know that we needed this work done. I will use them again at my other house for sure. Rick was courteous and did a good job. I give this company 5 stars.

Leo did a great job with my garage door repair. Everything was completely explained and he waited patiently as my wife and I had some discussion of what services to perform. At the end of the day, I had two quietly operating doors with all new hardware.

I was extremely impressed with the professional and complete way that Rick assessed the initial problem, described the options, and worked through the solution with me, and that Brian performed the installation. I was equally impressed by the attention to detail and the follow up. It has been a pleasure working with your employees and your company. You exceeded my expectations.

Your technician was very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when he kindly let me know that my springs were fine, and didn't require any maintenance or adjusting. He explained how the door should balance, and assured me that the original installation (by another company) was by code and correctly done.

I was very pleased the service your team provided. The person taking the measurements arrived when he said he would and he was knowledgeable of the products and courteous. The door was ready when he said it would be, and the technicians who installed the door arrived on time, explained everything completely, and left my garage in perfect condition. I would use your services again without question.

5 stars for Precision. The tech was great, efficient, gave me several options, and answered all my questions. I had already purchased a garage door opener motor with keypad two years ago from Precision, so this was to replace all other moving parts and cables.

Rick was fantastic, friendly, professional and knowledgable. He made recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what my options were. He fixed the broken spring quickly and the cost for the job was reasonable. I plan to take care of some of the suggestions he made and will be using precision for the work. Thanks.

Our tech, Leo, was marvelous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented estimates in writing for our choice. When the course of action was chosen the work was performed in a timely and expert fashion. We are thoroughly pleased and satisfied with Leos workmanship and general demeanor.

We were very thankful that Travis came out the same day, since we could not close the garage door. Travis was very courteous and helpful, as well as knowledgeable in helping us to choose a new garage door. Travis has helped us out before, and we would recommend him highly.

We appreciated the same day service and repair completed within 2 hours; we needed comprehensive work replacing both springs, rollers, cables and pulleys and were pleased to be given the choice of three levels of service repair to choose. We are also appreciative that our technician did not try to over sell equipment that we did not need. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Just want to say I appreciate the service from Precision. The rep showed up on time, was really pleasant, explained everything fully, and even installed a keypad outside for me to save running back and forth to open the current door. I'm looking forward to receiving my door. Thanks.

Leo R. provided us with Five Star ***** service on Tuesday, 5/12/15. One of our ancient garage door openers (25+ years) had become inoperable, and Leo reviewed the situation and patiently explained all options. Given the age of our openers, it made sense to replace them both during Leo's visit, especially in light of the reasonable pricing. We appreciate Leo's scheduling to have been flexible enough to perform what was necessary and to ensure the new set-up functioned as well as it does. Its great having the new technology/security/convenience/lifetime warranty. It was a pleasure meeting Leo who represents your company well, and did a great job explaining the transition to new products. Thanks!
