I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again. I believe Darren was the name of the technician and he did a wonderful job, was pleasant, and was finished very quickly. And as promised there was no charge. Found Precision through mobile internet. Precision responded with a tech(Rick C.) onsite within the hour. Tech was able to temporary repair ~25 yr old composite door securing the house and recommended replacement with steel. Tech was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!

I chose Precision Door because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I could not be happier! A door I could barely lift now moves easily. I was called on my cell phone by the technician - Rich - when he was 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly during the appointment time that was set up in advance. One visit was scheduled during horrific weather. Blowing and drifting snow, and temperatures below 10 degrees. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. No kidding!! The woman was apologetic, and there was no need for that. It was rescheduled at my convenience. You can't go wrong with these guys. I highly recommend them.

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them.
