The Technician's. Travis & Vince were extremely professional, courteous, and importantly knowledgeable. Vince took me through the 10 point inspection, Travis Immediately saw the problem with the motor, my options for a new motor carefully explained, after installation door was carefully tested. Remotes reprogrammed, and the interior of the garage left spotless. My warranty was explained, follow up by service manager was done within an hour of installation. Perfect, dare I say precision service.

I want to let you know of the wonderful service provided this morning by Leonardo. Leo first provided service several months ago when one of my garage door units was not working properly. Although Leo was able to get the door operational again, it acted up again several weeks later and Leo returned to replace the unit. This morning he returned to repair a roller that I had accidentally bent out of alignment. All three service calls began with a phone call where Leo introduced himself, and let me know his anticipated arrival time. Leo is always courteous and a true professional. He takes the time to explain the problem and how he intends to remedy it. When the work is complete, Leo clearly articulates what has been done and why, and he patiently answers any question I pose! And he makes sure I have any manuals/instruction sheets in my possession before departing. In an era when top notch service seems to be a rare occurrence, I am happy to let you know of the outstanding service provided by Leonardo Rosado. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company.
