I was impressed by Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages, especially as to the emergency service and ease of appointments. I was given a prompt appointment. Leo called me as promised and also my neighbor as promised to gain access. He called to say he could come early and arrived when he said he would, which was appreciated. He then called me to fully explain all of the issues with my job and doors. All work was properly done and all paper work and billing was smoothly handled. Overall everything went very well and I will use Precision going forward.

I tried to leave for work today and my garage door would not open. That was at 7:00. By 8:15 Justin was at my door, ready to install a new opener. He was pleasant, polite and really efficient. Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again. I believe Darren was the name of the technician and he did a wonderful job, was pleasant, and was finished very quickly. And as promised there was no charge.
