Dear Doug Thank you for the great company you have and the very capable employees that you hire. This is the second time I had to call in four years for service. The first time I had the garage door repair package performed and it has worked perfectly.Finally the garage door opener motor after thirty years has given up the ghost and had to be replaced. Francisco came out yesterday and replaced the garage door opener in as professional a manner that I have seen in a long time. He is a credit to your company. hello Vincent... I'm not quite sure what warrants the comment "Thieves"? You had requested to have a motor replaced. Our technician came to your residence on 10/14 and determined that your garage is to far from the house and would not pick up the gateway signal. And to quote your feedback on 10/14, "Your tech was honest and told me what I wanted would not work!" We have a $69 service fee to come out to a residence, of which you were charged. On 10/15 I left a message with you advising that we were unable to perform service (but just able to give some HONEST advice) and would be refunding you the $69 service fee!! Francisco deserves a 5 star rating. He was very professional. Very good in his communication. He was quickly able to determine the problem. He was also very thorough. Not only did he fix the issue with the door not closing (the reason for my call) but also noticed the door was not sealing properly when closed and made some adjustments/recommendations there. If I need service again, I would ask for Francisco to be the service person.

Honestly, in recent years, we have not experienced such professional attention and service by anyone like we have this company. We called one day and on the following day, you filled our needs. We were given a 4 hr window and the technician arrived within the first half hour. We were so satisfied with our technician, Leo, that we called your office an hour after he was gone to tell the powers that be how impressive he was not only as a technician, but also as a person. He was the ultimate professional, diligent, honest and knowledgeable. He answered every question to our satisfaction and gave us several options of ways to solve our problem, as well as several estimates to have us make an informed decision. He masterfully fixed the problems, tested everything, instructed us for proper use and kept a clean work area. Thank you for fixing our issues and we look forward to having you replace our actual garage doors in the next month or so. We will be calling you again and will be recommending your service to anyone in need. Outstanding.

Leonardo arrived w/helper at time promised. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. After review of my equipment, I was told I required new pulleys. I then asked about 1 of my remotes not working. Within 2 minutes Leonardo's helper had the remote working again. All work completed within about 15 mins. Then to my delight I was told there would be no charge due to Precision's warranty policy. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The technicians Bill and Greg who arrived to install the new garage door were excellent. I want to specifically point out that Greg was exceptional. He was able to raise the height of the garage door which was what I wanted but wasn't sure it was possible. He came up with a design for me that exceeded my expectations. He explained everything to me. He spent extra time making sure the installation around the door fit seamlessly. My wife and I are so pleased we have already recommended Precision to a family member. 5 stars all around
