I also appreciated the email appointment confirmation and a phone call updating me of a change in schedule(because of a snow storm). I will use this service again.

Tito explained everything to me that needed to be repaired in a concise and comprehensive manner. He laid out my payment options, explained your company policies on warranty for the parts as well as a new motor. Anyway, he fixed the door in a couple of hours.
