Luckily, I found Precision in the phone book and I am completely thrilled with the service provided by Darren O. Darren replaced all or most of the parts for the garage door since it had been very noisy and moving poorly. Now it is quiet and working beautifully. Your company was a pleasure to deal with beginning with my initial call to the completed work by the tech. I rate your service a 5.

I looked on the internet for a garage company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday night. I was impressed that you have 24/7 real people answering the phones. The lady was very nice and told me that she would arrange for a first appt.on Monday morning, as I needed to leave my house early. Darren was also very nice and helpful in helping me out.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. The garage door was unbalanced causing the track to bow. Brian (familiar with the opener model) immediately knew the problem and was able to fix it within an hour or so. The door now opens and closes without a hitch. thanks!

Amazing...from start to finish. I had a new garage door installed. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best! They were personable, worked efficiently and as a team, and had great senses of humor. Overall, I felt taken cared of. Its nice to have that nowadays. Neighbors have driven by asking for your number and I highly recommend you...thanx again! Helene Sorkin

Hello Doug, The door is safe now. I was not able to afford the whole repair at this time. I was a little suprised how expensive it was. Please review my invoice, my neighbors were also shocked by the cost. The Technician was professional and polite. He did explain what needed to be done. Thank you, Christina Oblonsky
Dear Mrs. Oblonsky, It was a pleasure speaking with you the other day. As we discussed, your door is a double wide door and as such ways considerably more than a single door. You had been quoted pricing over the phone for a single door. We are happy that we were able to address and clear up your concerns. We look forward to returning to your home to replace your opener in the future. All the best, -Brian

I chose PRECISION for it's long standing reputation in the local community. Each person I spoke to(Glenn, Brian, Theresa) and met was very thorough and helpful and personable. The service technicians who installed the door were also very efficient and knowledgeable and personable, Joe and George. Installed the door in about 3 hours or less and left the garage in clean condition. I would recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs.

Darren arrived in good time in a well marked truck. He had all the necessary components for the repair on his truck. He remained patient and good humored when the carriage garage door took a bit longer to repair than expected. I would definitely recommend your company and Darren in particular. All best, Pru Montgomery
