I just wanted to thank you and mention that we are very pleased with the installation of our garage doors. The doors looks great! Our dealings with Glenn, the Precision installer's and staff made this aspect of our home renovation delightful. The installers were professional & courteous and the area manager oversaw the installation. I'll send you another picture once the exterior has been completed. Thanks again, John (Shared Review)

Travis provided top quality service when coming out to repair my garage door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Travis really cared about resolving the problem and did so in a courteous and efficient fashion. My overall experience with Precision was quite positive. Their "Get To Know Your Technician" page on the website is a great plus for consumers.

Darren was great! He replaced all my worn-out parts with brand new ones and did it in a jiffy. He showed experience & know-how (I'm doing MY job over 30 years so it's easy for me to identify)and is a nice guy to boot. My door mechanism, which sounded like someone chopping down a tree, can now barely be heard. It's THAT smooth & quiet.

A very pleasant experience and highly recommended! They made several reminders of there visit via both email and calls on the days leading to and on the service day. Brian, our technician, was absolutely wonderful, courtesy and personable. Although a little more then I had hoped for, the job was done quickly and professionally! A+

I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise Iâ??ll be happy to give your company my recommendation. (Shared Review)

Travis and Justin, just like Sherlock Holmes, were able to solve the problem with the quirky door just by looking at it. Did not need magnifying glass. Made the repairs quickly. I now have a door that is responsive and quieter. Awesome, guys, and thank you. (Shared Review)

A brief note to express my appreciation for the service over the past few weeks. The office was very responsive in sending a repairman quickly to deal with our temperamental garage door openers. Darren resolved the emergency and gave us excellent advice. Glenn Gualtieri spent considerable time with us in helping us select the appropriate new doors and openers, and arrived after installation to check and answer questions. The technicians who removed the old doors and installed the new ones removed all debris, explained the functioning, and made sure everything was in working order. Everyone from Precision Door Service arrived well within the appointed time. Thank you for a job well done! (Shared Review)

Just a note to say that I am very pleased with the new garage doors installed last week. Its been a pleasure dealing with Precision Door. Kudos to Glenn - for advising on the right product and getting a job scheduled so quickly, to Sam - for a beautiful installation and clean-up, and to Theresa - for calling to let me know of a cancellation which allowed the installation to occur one day sooner. Nice job all around! (Shared Review)

I chose Precision because it is local. Brian was very professional, courteous and new exactly what needed to be done. He explained my options and what he planned to do. He has a very nice way about dealing with a customer and when he was finished he explained the charges and the total write up on the bill. I would recommend him to my friends and if needed call on him again.

The service technician arrived on time as per the schedule. He evaluated the problem and discussed a plan for the repair including the option for an ongoing contract for any future problems. This option seemed too expensive and we opted for correction of the problem. This was done well to best of my knowledge. The garage door opened and closed normally. A work warranty for 90 days was described. I would rate the service 5, of course this will depend ultimately on wheter the problem will recurr as has happened in the past.
