I just wanted to let you know what a great job Precision did for us recently. Your area manager, Glenn Gualtieri, was responsive and easy to deal with. He was very informative and helpful in making decisions without getting push or trying to oversell. Your installation team was equally professional and easy to work with. The installation was flawless and they went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered. We are very happy customers.(Shared Review)

Just wanted to tell you what a positive experience I had with the installation of our new garage door. Glenn Gaultieri was great with sales, gave me lots of wonderful information, and addressed all my concerns! The installation by Jorge and Sam was tremendous. They were really nice guys, and answered my silly concerns with all seriousness. They worked really efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. They made sure that I was happy with the job they did. I will absolutely recommend your company to anybody who needs a new garage door or repairs. I just wish I had put in the new door sooner-- who would have thought that a new garage door could make a woman so happy.(Shared Review)

Finding my old garage door opener had expired, Justin installed a new one. He did an excellent job and was professional and helpful. The only problem with it was not his fault: the main switch (button pad)really didn't work. I was not able to press hard enough to make it connect. So Justin kindly reinstalled my old switch, which does work.

Have had Darren come to our house to replace the motor before. He did a great job. He is very kind and professional. Arrived as scheduled and gave good recommendations for the benefit of the homeowner. Very pleased with the service of Darren and Precision and they will certainly be the first one to call whenever I have any future problem with the garage doors.

Justin recently fixed our door. I was very impressed with both his technical skills as well as his professionalism. Justin called us before coming to let us know that he was going to be at our home shortly. He showed up on time and ready to work. Justin explained the issue and what repairs he was going to make. After he was done he answered any questions that we had. Justin was able to fix the problem and now our door is working great. We are very glad that we contacted your company. Justin is a credit to your company and is an excellent representative of your brand. Thanks, Steve Hutnik
