Darren was my technician,he was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be repaired and gave me an approximate estimate. He completed the job quickly and neatly. The Technician's. Travis & Vince were extremely professional, courteous, and importantly knowledgeable. Vince took me through the 10 point inspection, Travis Immediately saw the problem with the motor, my options for a new motor carefully explained, after installation door was carefully tested. Remotes reprogrammed, and the interior of the garage left spotless. My warranty was explained, follow up by service manager was done within an hour of installation. Perfect, dare I say precision service.

I was impressed by Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages, especially as to the emergency service and ease of appointments. I was given a prompt appointment. Leo called me as promised and also my neighbor as promised to gain access. He called to say he could come early and arrived when he said he would, which was appreciated. He then called me to fully explain all of the issues with my job and doors. All work was properly done and all paper work and billing was smoothly handled. Overall everything went very well and I will use Precision going forward.

Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them. I called out of the blue as a new customer on a Thursday morning at about 7:30 with a dead garage door and a trapped vehicle. The terrific young woman who answered (24/7) gave me a tech and a time right there and the tech (Travis) talked to me before, during and after the repair which was accomplished within 4 hours of the initial call. This organization is top notch and I'll be using them again to overhaul my other doors very soon. Totally impressive in all respects.
