My husband was very impressed with Leo. He called ahead of time to see if it was ok to come over earlier than originally planned. He was polite, professional and did the job quickly. Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them. I would strongly recommend them.

This is the second time we used Precision to replace garage door springs. One spring snapped last year, 2012, and one of the springs on the other door snapped the day before Thanksgiving 2013. We are very happy with the fast service and reasonable price.

My only disappointment was finding out what a sloppy job my previous service company had done and what cheap parts he had used. No wonder I had so many service calls.
