I called Precision today and within the hour of my call a technician was at my house. He suggested I replace the inside panel to prevent the garage door from opening without my so doing. He also reprogrammed the inside/outside keypads, remote and jeep. I found him to be very reliable and courteous.

Travis the technician called me the morning of the appointment and stated he could be there early if that was OK with me. Once I recovered from the shock of someone actually being EARLY for a service call, I gladly accepted. We got two coupons for basic garage door service for the doors of our new house. As expected, the 23 year old garage doors were in need of much more than simple service and went beyond the scope of the coupon. This was not a surprise, and Travis explained everything to our satisfaction and promptly performed the work. Now the garage doors are as good as new. Precision Overhead Doors was a pleasure to deal with and Travis was an exceptional service technician. Hopefully we don't need garage door work again anytime soon but if we do, we will call Precision. Thank you!

I chose Precision for our garage door repair from an advertisement I had received. Our garage door key pad broke and I tried replacing it myself with no success. Travis was very knowledgable and had the keypad working in no time. Travis was on time, polite, nice and knowledgable in his service. I just wish I had called sooner.

I am pleased to write this review of my service. Thanks to the mailer advertisement, I selected Precision, and I am glad I did! From the efficiency of your receptionist in scheduling my appointment, to the completion of service was outstanding. My technician (Darren) was on time (called in advance, as well) and explained all the possible options to repair my door mechanism. He was professional, courteous, and quite efficient. Charges were outlined in advance, and he completed my work in quick time. Based upon my experience with Precision, and Darren's professionalism, I would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

Travis is very nice and knowledgeable. He has been here before. My door is only 2 years old and there was a problem with the remote and the key pad. It was not getting the signal even though it had new batteries in remote and keypad. I was disappointed that something happened like this when it is so new. Bill was $XXX.00. He is not sure that it is fixed. A new wire was brought to the outside.

During the repair of the "broken" side, a problem was created on the good side. Rick spent a lot of time figuring out the issue and making everything perfect before he left. He was professional and explained the problems and different options. Would definitely recommend. A little pricey but hopefully worth it.

Darren called ahead and was right on time. He went over things with me and he made recommendations. My issue turned out to be less than originally thought, but he helped me resolve it and hopefully avoid any future issues as well. Only one star, because the work was done in a timely manner, but the door doesn't work! I left it open while I was painting, & at the end of the evening I tried to close it many times! I then called both the technician & the offices, which told me that I had an appt. for Wed. between 12 & 4. NO ONE CAME! What good is a warranty if you don't stand behind it????

Dear Cynthia, I discussed this call with my service manager in Westchester and we did come out on Wednesday June 5th as promised and realigned the safety eyes. It appeared they had been hit out of place perhaps by a garbage can that we saw next to the safety eye. We repaired and realigned the eye and did not charge you, even though we do not consider this a warranty issue. Going forward please ensure that you do not hit the eyes as they are very sensitive.
