Aleksei was born on an island off the coast of Russia called Sakhalin, but moved to New York a few years later. Before Precision, he was a mechanic. He still enjoys working on cars and helps out his friend's detailing business on the side. On his time off, you can find him trying out new restaurants with his friends and family, mountain biking, and taking road trips.

Because of broken springs, my garage door would not open. A young man named Alexei came out this afternoon. He did beautiful, careful work, first explaining the problem to me. He not only carefully replaced the springs, but checked the entire door and its mechanism. He demonstrated a safety feature on the door opening system, something I had not known about, and before he left, gave me important maintenance tips as well. I felt reassured knowing that if the door ever gave me further trouble in years down the line, I would know what company to call. Very fine work, done carefully and knowledgeably .

Alexi phoned to alert me when he was 20 minutes away and arrived as promised. He diagnosed my problem immediately (broken spring so door would not open), said it would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half to repair, and was done in less than an hour. He checked everything else to be sure all was in good working order. He was efficient, informative, and very pleasant. My problem occured on a weekend. How many companies do you know that don't charge extra for a weekend service visit? Precision Garage Door Service DOES NOT! And, the service charge was waived because I went through with the repair. All in all, I give this company an A+ along with the 5 stars!
