A "loud" snap as the garage door was closing led to a late afternoon call to Precision and an 8am service response by Rick and his team. He confirmed that the broken right side spring was the problem, and suggested that the left side might also be vulnerable and should also be replaced. I agreed, and also opt'ed for the "refurbish service". One hour later, the garage door was operational. Rick was the consummate professional, and I am happy with Precision and their team.

When one of my garage door springs broke I checked your web site reviews and found no complaints at all for technical services performed. When I called, a very pleasant lady took my call and scheduled service sooner than I expected. On the afternoon scheduled, Travis called in advance to say he would arrive around 4:00 pm and actually came a few minutes early! Travis was personable, professional, efficient and very responsive to my questions. The work of replacing both springs, including the installation of safety cables which had not existed, was accomplished for less than I had estimated, for the springs alone! I do not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and feel they are, indeed, fortunate to have someone of Travis' ability and personality on their staff!

My new garage door is beautiful. It makes everything look better. I will need the other garage door replaced in the late Spring...as soon as all of the snow melts. I was very pleased by the service. My initial contact was with Travis who made everything seem simple. My technician for installation was Ray. Both young men were gentlemen and their knowledge was comforting...also the expert way Ray, in about 2 hours, took out and replaced my existing door...and took the debris away!!! Angie's list recommendation was how I chose Precision. I was given an 8:00AM to 12:00PM window and was told that the technician would contact me about a half hour before he would arrive. The tech called at about 8:15AM and said he would be here shortly after 8:30AM and he arrived around 8:40 AM. I was very pleased with his knowledge, courtesy and pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend and use Precision again in the future.

Wow! What an excellent customer service experience! I submitted my request via the website and within 15 minutes received a call to schedule the appointment. Shortly thereafter I got a confirmation email and a call from Darren stating he was on route and would arrive in 15 minutes. About an hour later everything was fixed. In less than 3 hours from my first contact the garage door was fixed. BTW Darren was great! Very professional and explained everything to me.

Your technician, Rick, who installed my unit about one year ago, came even earlier than promised (after calling first), quickly identified the problem (defective door closing sensors), quickly switched out the required parts, tested the successful results, told me that the service was covered by warranty and so at no charge, and was on his way within about 30 minutes.
