The torsion spring on my door makes loud banging sounds when opening the door. The technician lifted the door half way and determined it was properly balanced and mentioned the noise was normal. That said, the noise on my second door is far less and several of my neighbors (who have torsion spring setups) don't have the noise issue. The technician sprayed oil on the rollers and torsion spring and did the best he could but still don't feel the issue was resolved.

He arrived right on schedule--even though the appointment was an emergency appointment--and talked my wife and me through the options for replacing our broken opener without pressuring us. He then installed the opener same day and took the time to show us how everything works. I had my garage door rebuilt by Precision in October 2014 and was very satisfied with the great service. Today I was even more satisfied when I experienced a problem and the guarantee was honored. I called and got next day service. Darren was exceptional, professional, friendly, and very skilled. He told me "don't worry, I will take care of things", and indeed he did. Great experience with Precision. They came on a weekend which was very convenient, and did same day service replacing springs and a door opener. Prices are clearly higher than doing it yourself, but it was great to have a pro who knew what he was doing. Great service.

In your advertising, I was impressed that you "can fix it today!---and you did! I had a new garage door opener installed. I was especially impressed by the young man (Travis) who installed the new opener. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and I felt I could trust what he said.
