My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!

Leo came on time, evaluated what we had and made recommendations. It was low pressure, and he convinced me to go for a better model and also to have him replace some hardware, so the opener would last much longer. He finished the whole job in 2 hours. Very professional. High quality.

Technician arrived on time and was very curious. He explained the problem and several solutions clearly. After selecting the option he estimated the repair would be 45 minutes and was very close to that estimate. The door that was repaired works well now.

I never write reviews but in this case I feel that I must as the two gentlemen who came to check my garage door, I believe Ricardo and Kevin were there names, were outstanding and 5 stars were not enough. Polite, courteous and very pleasant. If only all service people were like them, we would all be a lot happier. Thank you again for employing gentlemen who know how to act.

Many firms tout their focus on customer service and most do not come close to meeting their claims. I am happy to say that Precision Garage Door Service is one of those rare exceptions; they more then matched their claims as well as exceeding my expectations. In this case repairing one malfunctioning garage door system and installing a new opener for the second system. Prior service companies were unable to resolve the problem issues. Francisco T, the service technician was courteous, on-time and experienced. He reviewed the problems, discussed various options and then professionally completed the work. I would recommend Francisco and Precision Door Service for anyone experiencing problems or seeking to upgrade their door system.

It was very easy to make an appointment and an e mail came quickly to let me know which technician would arrive for the appointment. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options about how to proceed to correct the problem. I chose to purchase a new opener and Travis was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous during the installation. I have always been satisfied with the service by Precision and today just proves again that Precision is a good company who is responsive to their clients and insures an excellent outcome.

Vince called prior to arriving. When he arrived, he was ready to take care of business. I showed him what the problem may be. He repaired my door and checked to make sure it was to my liking. He was tentative to my needs and then some!!!!

Ricardo was prompt, and quickly deciphered that the problem with the door was one of two things. He had the part on his truck to swap out one of the two suspects, and sure enough, that was it! He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the door components. He tightened the chain and lubed the track. He gave me good advice to have an electrician swap the standard outlet for a GFI outlet. He said my board likely blew due to a lightning strike while I was away. I am thrilled to have a functioning garage door back! Thank you Ricardo, thank you Precision!

We are extremely pleased with quality of professionalism demonstrated by your entire organization. Our opinion was started the moment we logged on to your site and continued throughout the entire process. Travis, our Service Technician did an excellent job of installing our new opener (which works better than it ever did). Our garage was cleaner when he left than before he arrived (!) and he obviously knew exactly what he was doing as he kept me informed every step of the way. You have our well earned recommendation. 5 Stars!

Rick, our technician, was quite knowledgeable, explained what he planned to do in detail, and greatly improved the performance of our garage doors. Although it cost a little more than expected it was well worth. Rick also went out of his way to program the remote in one of our cars so that we can both use the remote. That was great.

Outstanding! I was able to schedule an appointment right away, I received an email confirming the appointment, including the name, photo and "bio" of the service technician. My technician, Travis, called when he was en route, arrived as scheduled, and explained my options regarding the work to be done. He had everything he needed, completed the work quickly and my garage door is like new. In this day and age, when absolutely anyone can go online and call themselves a professional, it's refreshing to do business with people who are prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Travis!
