My compliments to Joel N and Kevin Y. They called about an hour or so before they arrived to give me a time and arrived within minutes of the estimate. One of the rollers slipped the track and I thought that the bracket would have to me removed to make the repair. I suppose they could have done that and taken 1/2 hour or more to get it repaired. Not at all - the took the roller out of the bracket, raised the door and put the roller back in. Took about 30 seconds. I thanked them profusely and we all went on our separate ways. Techs like Kevin and Joel are why I call Precision!!

Leo came on time, evaluated what we had and made recommendations. It was low pressure, and he convinced me to go for a better model and also to have him replace some hardware, so the opener would last much longer. He finished the whole job in 2 hours. Very professional. High quality.

I am happy to say that Precision Garage Door Service is one of those rare exceptions; they more then matched their claims as well as exceeding my expectations. In this case repairing one malfunctioning garage door system and installing a new opener for the second system. Prior service companies were unable to resolve the problem issues. It was very easy to make an appointment and an e mail came quickly to let me know which technician would arrive for the appointment. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options about how to proceed to correct the problem. Vince called prior to arriving. When he arrived, he was ready to take care of business. I showed him what the problem may be. He repaired my door and checked to make sure it was to my liking. He was tentative to my needs and then some!!!!

Ricardo was prompt, and quickly deciphered that the problem with the door was one of two things. He had the part on his truck to swap out one of the two suspects, and sure enough, that was it! He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the door components. He tightened the chain and lubed the track. He gave me good advice to have an electrician swap the standard outlet for a GFI outlet. He said my board likely blew due to a lightning strike while I was away. I am thrilled to have a functioning garage door back! Thank you Ricardo, thank you Precision!
