Called on a Sunday afternoon. Brian came just a few minutes after the call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made some suggestions to prevent the issue from recurring. He also inspected the doors and electrical wiring, lubricated the doors and tightened the runners. Great job in a short time. Pleasant personality too. No hesitation in recommending Brian. Thanks.

The service from Precision was beyond my expectations! My door wouldn't close and the parts were a mangled mess. Brian B. got here quickly (even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on the way!) and showed me exactly what was wrong. Missing one part (an extra-long tortion tube) he came back on his day off the next morning and did a VERY professional job of re-installing the hardware. Couldn't be more pleased - Thank you!

Brian, our representative, was knowledgeable and helpful. He came on time (within the window provided). Scheduling was easy and we were offered a same day appointment which was perfect. Brian was able to repair our garage the day before a big snow storm allowing us to get our car into the garage and the snow blower out!

I had let my garage door struggle along until it was at the breaking point. Better call Precision right away! Even though it was after 7 pm my call was answered and an appointment was set up for the very next day. Kevin was supposed to come, but a flat tire paved the way for Rick to take his place. Lucky me! Rick answered all my questions and explained what he was going to repair and replace. He was patient and did not push more on me than what I needed. He got right to work and within 1.5 hrs my door worked like a charm. Rick is very polite, professional and I would recommend him instantly. I was very satisfied and am sure his work will last past the warranty.
