Brian was able to come over an hour before the time window given to me, which was great because my car was stuck in the garage. He was friendly, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken springs) and fixed it with no issues. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was excellent! I am saving Precision's info and calling again if I ever have another problem with our garage doors.

Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

This was 5* service. Rick's professionalism was beyond expectations. We returned from vacation to find our old garage door wouldn't open to let our car out. He was here in a couple of hours and replaced the system on the spot. We were so impressed we called him back to replace the garage door. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and the entire service experience with your company. Brian was at my home within four hours of my phone call and he could not have been nicer or more professional. We need more people like Brian in the home repair industry.
