I needed someone to fix my hardware for my garage door . I found Precision on the web. I called them up to see how fast and what the price would be to fix my garage door. It was 3 days before they could get here but that was quicker than the other company I had called and the price was reasonable. My husband was home when they came and they explained all the options we had. He was very pleased with the service tech and his work.

Technician called ahead, showed up on time and quickly repaired our garage door. Why 5 stars for just doing the job requested? This happened during a show storm when schools were closed and side roads were not plowed. Technician walked up our steep driveway to get the job done. Impressive!

If there were a box for for better then excellent, I would check it.There was a problem (potential) because of low height- with out fuss, he figured it out did a beautiful job and because of him the company has a very satisfied customer , and generally he's a nice person overall..

A needed the garage door opener repaired. I called another company who was too busy to do the work. I called Precision, the lady that answered the phone was very interested that I get my door working again and scheduled a technician for the next morning. The tech showed me the problem, gave me the price, did the work and was most coutrteous and helpful. Great experience.

My garage door was not opening. The scheduling for service was only 1 phone call away . Rick called ahead of the scheduled time and was able to repair the problem by replacing the logic board. It didnt take long and was able to talk more about how mechanics of the door system work. I will not hesitate to call them in the future

A two car garage with a dead opener (for some time, manual operation ok) on one side and a broken opening mechanism on the other door; car trapped inside. Tedious, but not an emergency in my circumstances. I had received a flyer in the mail (Money Saver, Value Coupons, whatever) offering $25 off the $69 service call so decided to give Precision a go. Very efficient booking service (on Fri) and the appointment was scheduled for between 12-4 pm on the following Mon. Brian, the technician called at about 1 pm Mon to say he was running late and most likely to come closer to 4 pm and he would call me when he was on his way. I'm retired and at home and this didn't present a problem. At 4 pm Brian had not arrived or called and I, having lost some confidence, started a web search for local alternatives for the next day. Brian called about 4.30 pm and said he had been delayed again but was on his way (Are you over-tasking your technicians?). Brian arrived at about 4.45 pm, in uniform and clearly marked vehicle. He clearly explained my options for repair/replacement, including advice that he didn't really have time that afternoon to replace the other door opener as he still had another call to make. I had explained to him that the other door needed fixing but was of comparatively low priority. Brian fixed the faulty door opening mechanism in about an hour, freeing the car, and impressed me as a totally professional, friendly and courteous person. I have no hesitation in recommending Precision Door, and Brian, to others but I again raise the issue of potential over-tasking of technicians (Brian did not raise this in any way). There's only so much one guy can do in a day. I'm recently retired and the 4 hour appointment window and actual delays were no problem for me but two months ago when I was still working; these could have become major issues. Overall, a good job, very well done. My thanks to Precision and particularly Brian.

Broken spring and cable wire. Garage door "rebuild" all new parts was performed smoothly and quicky without any problems. Rick did a good job explaining the options and then performed the work efficiently. Garage door is working smoothly and is much quieter..

opener died late last night [4/28/15]..6-8" snow forecast today..i am VERY SENIOR person...car outside...dreaded dealing with sno buried car...had 2 #'s for comp. who done some repair in the past...one NEVER called back,the other didn't return message for 2+ hours...being anxious abt the snow i found PRECISION in yellow pp .it all sounded GOOD... 24/7 contact, evenings, weekends,BBB endorsement big plus...loved that when i called, abt 11a.m. live person answered. i was told repair person with completely outfitted truck could come between noon and 4p.m. he called abt 12:30, said he could be @ my house @ 1:30...he was right on time. the young man, brian, was absolutely excellent...from his initial phone contact, to diagnosing problem, discussing my alternatives, doing the job, cleaning up, explaining the new equipment....he was just very very pleasant and professional. the other company, by the way,charge 110 for service call, and since they don't work on weekends, charge an additional 165 to come on saturday. i will certainly share today's excellent experience with my condo neighbors. thank you.
