The installation of the new Wayne Dalton Model 8700 vinyl garage door was completed in a very professional manner. The two-man installation crew headed by Reinaldo P. was directed by Brian S., the supervisor at the Mamaroneck, NY shop. This was due to the need for a large radius track to clear the outward opening door from the house to the garage. Brian S. also went beyond the call of duty to reinstall the magnetic switch for the garage open indicator light in the house and to make sure it was working well. Due to clearance requirements, a 6'-9" high door was required, rather than the standard 7'-0" high door. This shorter door required an additional piece of trim at the top of the door opening. My wife loves the appearance of the new vinyl door and I like the durability and ease of maintenance. For us, the vinyl door is worth the additional cost.

Brian was able to come over an hour before the time window given to me, which was great because my car was stuck in the garage. He was friendly, professional, and honest, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken springs) and fixed it with no issues. Pricing was fair and the entire experience was excellent! Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done
