Francisco was polite and very attentive to the situation regarding our garage door. We had it installed in July 2017 and just needed a little lube oil and replaced the wall opener( was defective) no worries at all! Can’t beat the excellent service and great staff. Awesome product. We replaced our entire garage door system and am happy we did. Thank you!

Leo was great. On time (early actually), knowledgeable, friendly. Got the job done. What more can I ask for. I'm new to this home. There was a biz card from another door company near the button in the garage. I went with Precision because of a great history with your company. Thanks! Steve Borowka 37 Weavers Hill Mt. Kisco NY

Francisco lived up to the name of the business, Precision. Francisco did a super job being professional, attention to detail, very thorough giving detailed information and explanation of what he will do. He did not leave until he was satisfied his work was complete as I was. I used Precision about six years ago and did not hesitate to contact the service again and once again Precision and its technician did an excellent job. Thank you.
