I bought a package from Angie's list for garage door roller replacement/repair service. My home is new but we had some problem with the open/close of the garage doors. Travis from Precision garage door service came over. He identified the problem is with the sensors attached to the doors. He fixed the problem and also aligned the track for the garage doors for smooth roller movement. The doors are working fine now.

We are so pleased with our new garage doors. The technician was terrific! He had the old doors removed and the new doors installed in about 3 hours and he worked alone! He said he would arrive between 8 am and 1 pm and he was certainly on time - started the job around 8:15am. It was just amazing. The doors are so easy to operate. Courteous, professional overall experience. I scheduled the tech visit (for a garage door opener tune-up) within 4 days from contacting Precision. The tech (Leonardo) called me on the morning of the 4 hour service window, then arrived at the time he provided. Tech was professional, courteous and informative. I ended-up replacing parts during the visit and my garage door is opening/closing like new. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
