Arrived during scheduled time window; Delightfully pleasant; extremely thorough and informative; Garage door mechanism now working better than it did when it was first installed! I only wish that every contractor coming to my home was as perfect as this.

Excellent service. Mike explained the options to repair our garage door. He was very professional and courteous. The job was completed quickly and, when finished, Mike explained exactly what he had done and also gave some tips for maintenance and pointed out some potential issues that could arise in the future.

I found precision door on the internet. The technician they assigned to me contacted me right away to let me know his timing and continued to stay in touch. I really appreciated it so I didn’t need to sit home all day. Once they reached my house, Brian and Jake, were great. They immediately fixed my problem and without being pushy suggested other maintenance repairs. I have had the garage doors for 18 years without any problems and they explained like a car needed some maintenance. They were extremely professional and efficient. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

I enjoy working with Precision Garage Door. The technician called before coming, fixed everything quickly and helped resolve a problem with the remote controller built into my car. Outstanding service experience. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently. A spring had sprung so I called Precision - very fast response, the repairman called before he came, explained everything in detail, gave options, did a tune up of the door and was great. It didn't take long, nothing was left for me to clean up. I could not ask for a better result! Very pleased.

We had used Precision a while ago to repair our garage door and were very pleased with their service. This morning, when I thought my garage door didn't sound quite right, I immediately called Precision and was able to get a same day appointment at a time convenient to my schedule. The technician, Michael, called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very courteous and most, importantly, very competent. I am so glad that having Precision service my garage door makes it one less thing for me to worry about!

We have now had all the parts for two doors repaired/replaced, with two new openers installed. Brian did a fantastic job both times. He went well above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Both doors are much safer and much, much quieter now.

Precision, THANK YOU for sending Michael Ganning to me on 01/27/2018. What an awesome guy! I had a Craftsman garage door opener installed last November, but because of the installer's lousy customer service from the making of the appointment to the installation, I did not want to use them when I needed service. Michael was courteous, and so friendly, I felt like I knew him my whole life. He took the time to explain the components and the operation of the garage door to me, something the installer did not do. I was very satisfied with the service. THANK YOU! Five Stars for Michael.

Richard taught me something I did not know how the garage is set to hit the ground the other guys who installed it did not make certain how deep it hit the ground and Richard fixed it because the screws going into the wall started coming out and I noticed it that's why I called and he mounted it again and know when it hits the ground it doesn't even come out of the wall it stays perfect into the wall mount. No bigee but fixed. Thanks

Reinaldo and Greg were great. Showed up right when they said they’d be here, fast work - very friendly and professional. Thanks for sending them! Only reason for the 4 stars is that the door wasn’t cut to correct size first time they came, and now that it’s installed there’s a bar across the inside of the windows which I didn’t know about ahead of time. Not the installers fault at all, but it would’ve been good to have been told about it beforehand from the company.

As a retired tradesman myself I was happy to see another at work and satisfied to see how he take pride in his work, making sure everything is done correctly, just the way I did in my trade. Michael did a professional job and I am quite satisfied with the job they did. Give this man a raise.
