I'm extremely happy with my experience with Precision Garage Doors. They came immediately, assessed the situation and provided options, then solved my garage door problem quickly. Communication was excellent - starting from the initial phone call and continuing with the personable and articulate repairperson. I knew what was going on every step of the way. We had one of our garage doors break with the spring and safety cables completely hanging off the track! We moved into the house a few months ago and were pretty ignorant about the workings of garage doors, but I could sense that they needed help, the broken one forced us to act. My wife called Precision and they were able to get someone out to us pretty quickly to diagnose. Mike and Jacob came and after inspecting, pointed out all the flaws in the incredibly poor condition of our doors. They were very honest, showing us that the motors and doors were fine, and it was just the hardware that needed replacing. They were able to do a rebuild on all of the hardware for all 3 doors in about two hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they got it done (seemed like a TON of work), and they were just pleasant and friendly, the best. Felt completely trustworthy and I just had a great feeling overall about the job they did. Will definitely have them back for anything that we need done in the future.

I'm very pleased with the service that Mike, Greg and Julian delivered. Mike diagnosed the problem with our garage door and opener, and tried to keep them running until the new door arrived. He was very courteous and customer oriented, answering every question I asked. Greg and Julian did a careful and professional job removing our old door and opener, and installing new ones. They went to a lot of trouble to change the position of one panel of the door after I realized that I chose a wrong position for the windows. I would recommend all 3 technicians !!!

Let me start by saying I spent 30 years in customer service before switching to higher education, and because of that experience my expectations are rather high. I called Precision based on a recommendation and I can say in all honesty I have never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. My technician, Mike G, called to say he would be at my home at a certain time and arrived almost to the minute. It was a pleasure having Mike G assigned as my technician as he was nothing less than exceptional. This gentleman took every measure to ensure that this experience was impeccable from start to finish, which included assessing the garage door problem immediately, explaining the problem in detail, and presenting me with options while explaining each one. The new garage door system was installed in less than one hour, which in itself is amazing; Mike then took the time to explain how to use each component of the new system. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in outstanding customer service. I have no doubt whatsoever that I will turn to Precision for any future needs. Once again it was a pleasure doing business with Precision, and especially Mike G. You have earned my trust and my loyalty and I will strongly recommend Precision Door Service to friends, family, and colleagues. Mike G did something that few people do--exceeded my expectations!

Kudos to Precision Door, exceeded all expectations. I found them through a ValPack coupon. Had an appointment within the promised 2 hour window, tech Jessie was prompt and courteous, called to let me know his exact arrival time (even offered to buy coffee on the way!), he worked efficiently, explained all options and outcomes, solved the problem and did general maintenance. Did not break the bank. Highly recommended!!!

Work was done in a prompt, neat, effective manner. System operation and benefits were fully explained. Technician answered my questions in a way that I could understand. He pointed out replacements that might need to be made some time in the future. I was willing to postpone them.

Mike, the Lead Technician, was knowledgeable, efficient, and sociable--he even was even helping technicians on other jobs. He also pointed out the serious problems with our current garage door, and so, he measured and ordered a new one for us. He did a great job all around!

We have had our new garage door opener for 2 days and are loving it. We are so happy that we choose Precision to do the installation, and we thought the technician who was on our job, Jesse, was wonderful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and is so knowledgeable about the work he does. We learned some new things from him about our garage door and garage doors in general. As new homeowners we really appreciate that he took the time to talk with us and to make sure we understood our options and needs. Honest, trustworthy, kind are words I would use to describe him, we would gladly have him back to our house again.
