My garage door openers were originally installed in 1999, and one gave out yesterday. I sent an email late at night last night via this Web site, and their response was immediate the next morning. They described my options over the phone, provided fee estimate, and I agreed to have them send their technician out, which surprising was same day. Brian was prompt, curteous, responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. He walked me through the issues that gave cause to my problem and carefully described my options. I had old springs that had given out, and they were no longer supporting my garage doors, which created excessive weight for the motor. My other two garage doors were showing signs of stress. We replaced Springs on two doors and installed a new belt driven opener. I was quite impressed to hear how quiet it was compared to my older motors. The package came with two key remotes, a wall remote with security code, and the wall-mount buttons to operate from indoors. Brian had all of this work completed in about two hours and even programmed my car with the built-in garage remote. Afterwards, he described in detail its operation. I felt the fee was reasonable and of good value. I would recommend this company for your garage door problems. I had no idea such a company even existed, but now I realize why a company with a dedicated focus in this area is an advantage worth pursuing.

My door stopped working after one of the cables broke. Servicing team arrived the same day and made me impressed of their professionalism and clear explanations of what my options are. I choose the full repair service and instead of violently shaking door that was opening every other time I have now quiet well balanced door that works like a clock and can be opened with a finger if the power is out. Just wow! Wish all serviceman were like these guys. Two thumbs up!

I wasn't home when the technician came to my home, but my husband reports that he was "one of the nicest people he has met in a while". But I have to say, that I have been using Precision for several years and am impressed with the attention from customer service and especially with the few technicians I have met directly. They are friendly and willing to explain something as many times as possible so that it is clear to the customer. The service provided was to my garage door that malfunction and opened after my husband closed the door and drove away, good thing my neighbor noticed and called us.

I called Precision at 9:30 a.m. because my garage door bolts broke as I opened the door. I was given an immediate appointment. By 12 noon Travis arrived and determined the problem. He noticed that my other garage door bolts were also loose. Our very old springs needed to be replaced so that our heavy doors could operate properly again. The bolt problems on both doors were also resolved. Travis was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Precision again!

I am happy to say that Precision Garage Door Service is one of those rare exceptions; they more then matched their claims as well as exceeding my expectations. In this case repairing one malfunctioning garage door system and installing a new opener for the second system. Prior service companies were unable to resolve the problem issues.
