So responsive, professional and great communication. The tech Brian was so professional and innovative in solving the problem presented due to older construction and limited space, which turned out to be more than just springs. He went beyond tech into engineering. He was a great communicator at every step along the way - from updating his arrival status to describing the work and identifying other problems outside his job scope. The company came to me as a referral from a friend, and I would likewise recommend.

The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). All in all an excellent experience.

We have been using Precision Door Service for years. They are on time, communications is excellent and they do a great job. Before the work begins they give an estimate, let you know what they are going to do and then after the work is done they review it with you as well. Would not go any other place.

It is our pleasure to leave a review of your fantastic team. Jesse helped us select our new garage doors and then along with Reinaldo and their assistant, did a great installation job. Jesse also installed a new opener at the same time. They were all courteous, friendly and professional. We have dealt with Jesse before and cannot say enough great things about him. 5 star rating all around.

I chose Percision Door Service from an internet search. Your high rating and list of satisfied customers convinced me to give you a call. As my car was trapped in the garage, I was extremely pleased with the same day appointment and fast arrival of your technician. SONER EROL was friendly, courteous, informative and had my door repaired in a short period of time. I highly recommend Percision Door Service and rate them at 5 stars. Thank's again C. Lent

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, examined all parts and gave two alternatives. The tech, Mike Ganning, gave a clear easily understandable assessment of the problem. After selecting the best option for me, the workmanship was superior. Once the work was completed he explained what was done, what I should do regarding easy DIY maintenance. Overall a great job. Highly recommended.

Leonardo Rosado is a professional! He pointed out how the garage door, installed by another company, (cannot remember what company it was) was not installed correctly. He also showed me what was needed to be done to correct the door. Leonardo also offered me 3 options to correct the situation. I ordered a new Garage Door and hope to have Leonardo Rosado install it because I have complete faith that it will be installed correctly by him.

From the phone call providing an eta to accessing the problem within minutes of arrival, Carlos was courteous and efficient. He was thorough in inspecting all parts to ensure that there were no other issues and extremely knowledgeable in providing recommendations/directions for future maintenance. Always have a great experience with Precision and appreciate the follow-up leading to the service call with the photo (and bio) eta and fully stocked truck ready to fix any issues. I would give ten stars if I could. Thank You!
