The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, examined all parts and gave two alternatives. The tech, Mike Ganning, gave a clear easily understandable assessment of the problem. After selecting the best option for me, the workmanship was superior. Once the work was completed he explained what was done, what I should do regarding easy DIY maintenance. Overall a great job. Highly recommended.

Leonardo Rosado is a professional! He pointed out how the garage door, installed by another company, (cannot remember what company it was) was not installed correctly. He also showed me what was needed to be done to correct the door. Leonardo also offered me 3 options to correct the situation. I ordered a new Garage Door and hope to have Leonardo Rosado install it because I have complete faith that it will be installed correctly by him.

Jacob B was a very professional and courteous technician . He replaced a broken motor on one of our doors; explained the features of the new apparatus and programmed the remotes/keypad for me. I called Precision Garage door company because my local company had a long wait list due to the storm. Precision was able to schedule me right away. The technician, Jesse, was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, presented several options and explained the reasons for his recommendations. He then replaced/installed everything except the railings and door. I upgraded to a motor with a backup battery and QI technology. My door, with new springs, now opens manually with ease. The replacement of new rollers contribute to the quiet operation. Jesse replaced and programmed all remotes. He even programmed the one in my car. He was also very patient answering my questions and explaining how everything worked. Because of the professionalism, excellent quality and workmanship, I would definitely call on Precision Garage Door again for any repairs needed.

Jacob, the Technician calls ahead and arrives on time. He is totally professional, thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything to me in an easy to comprehend manner. After his diagnostics, he informed me it would be a warranty repair. After the repair he then does a complete inspection. Clean, quick and super-polite... what more can you ask from a company that stands 100% behind their products.
