Courteous, professional overall experience. I scheduled the tech visit (for a garage door opener tune-up) within 4 days from contacting Precision. The tech (Leonardo) called me on the morning of the 4 hour service window, then arrived at the time he provided. Tech was professional, courteous and informative. I ended-up replacing parts during the visit and my garage door is opening/closing like new. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Your technician was very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when he kindly let me know that my springs were fine, and didn't require any maintenance or adjusting. He explained how the door should balance, and assured me that the original installation (by another company) was by code and correctly done.

I was moving to another state and my house was about to go on the market. frazzled is an understatement!!!! The garage door had been broken since one of the winter storms. What to do? I read about how great Precision was and called. They were unbelievably good and honest. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the charge was minimal. Clearly a 5 star rating!!!

Precision was fantastic! They scheduled a same-day appointment for us and were very flexible on time. The technician immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it quickly. While he was at it, he gave our whole system a tune-up and even straightened out a bent track that he said could cause problems in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian and the entire service experience with your company. Brian was at my home within four hours of my phone call and he could not have been nicer or more professional. We need more people like Brian in the home repair industry. He was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure that everything worked as it should before he left my home.
