Francisco deserves a 5 star rating. He was very professional. Very good in his communication. He was quickly able to determine the problem. He was also very thorough. Not only did he fix the issue with the door not closing (the reason for my call) but also noticed the door was not sealing properly when closed and made some adjustments/recommendations there. If I need service again, I would ask for Francisco to be the service person.

leo, the technician, was very efficient and helpful, working like a detective to find an elusive problem (an animal chewed up a connecting wire for a sensor in the most precarious and hard to find place) and saved me some money by NOT replacing previously suspected sensors. thank you, leo, for great work and attitude. and that's the reason for FIVE star rating.

Wonderful experience. Very fast, same day response time. We just moved to the area and all three garage doors required service, new remotes, three cars needed to be programmed and the sensors on each of the doors needed to be adjusted. We have three children and the sensors are extremely important! Very pleased with Precision!

I bought a package from Angie's list for garage door roller replacement/repair service. My home is new but we had some problem with the open/close of the garage doors. Travis from Precision garage door service came over. He identified the problem is with the sensors attached to the doors. He fixed the problem and also aligned the track for the garage doors for smooth roller movement. The doors are working fine now.

Courteous, professional overall experience. I scheduled the tech visit (for a garage door opener tune-up) within 4 days from contacting Precision. The tech (Leonardo) called me on the morning of the 4 hour service window, then arrived at the time he provided. Tech was professional, courteous and informative. I ended-up replacing parts during the visit and my garage door is opening/closing like new. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Your technician was very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised when he kindly let me know that my springs were fine, and didn't require any maintenance or adjusting. He explained how the door should balance, and assured me that the original installation (by another company) was by code and correctly done.
