I needed someone to fix my hardware for my garage door . I found Precision on the web. I called them up to see how fast and what the price would be to fix my garage door. It was 3 days before they could get here but that was quicker than the other company I had called and the price was reasonable. My husband was home when they came and they explained all the options we had. He was very pleased with the service tech and his work.

Technician called ahead, showed up on time and quickly repaired our garage door. Why 5 stars for just doing the job requested? This happened during a show storm when schools were closed and side roads were not plowed. Technician walked up our steep driveway to get the job done. Impressive!

Brian Baker is an asset to your company. If there were a box for for better then excellent, I would check it.There was a problem (potential) because of low height- with out fuss, he figured it out did a beautiful job and because of him the company has a very satisfied customer , and generally he's a nice person overall..

A needed the garage door opener repaired. I called another company who was too busy to do the work. I called Precision, the lady that answered the phone was very interested that I get my door working again and scheduled a technician for the next morning. The tech showed me the problem, gave me the price, did the work and was most coutrteous and helpful. Great experience.

opener died late last night [4/28/15]..6-8" snow forecast today..i am VERY SENIOR person...car outside...dreaded dealing with sno buried car...had 2 #'s for comp. who done some repair in the past...one NEVER called back,the other didn't return message for 2+ hours...being anxious abt the snow i found PRECISION in yellow pp .it all sounded GOOD... 24/7 contact, evenings, weekends,BBB endorsement big plus...loved that when i called, abt 11a.m. live person answered. i was told repair person with completely outfitted truck could come between noon and 4p.m. he called abt 12:30, said he could be @ my house @ 1:30...he was right on time. the young man, brian, was absolutely excellent...from his initial phone contact, to diagnosing problem, discussing my alternatives, doing the job, cleaning up, explaining the new equipment....he was just very very pleasant and professional. the other company, by the way,charge 110 for service call, and since they don't work on weekends, charge an additional 165 to come on saturday. i will certainly share today's excellent experience with my condo neighbors. thank you.

I initially chose Precision because of their certified technicians, however, the technician, TRAVIS, far exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. He explained my situation and did not high pressure me into any decision. He installed a new wall button in my garage and explained in detail how to operate it and what each button represented. Once again he displayed his expertise and was done in a timely fashion. Very reliable and bit pricey. $500 last visit It's initially $69.99 to just come to your home, then I had a code pad changed which was $89.95 then I had some refurbishing done on an old garage door to run smoother that was $86.00 then an additional garage door opener for the car is $50.00 so it all adds up. I have to say they are very sufficient and come when they're supposed too and do the work. They have everything on the truck and there quick. None of having to order parts and come back another time. not a lot of chatting and wasting time, which I like. Technician is respectful and knowledgeable.

The torsion spring on my door makes loud banging sounds when opening the door. The technician lifted the door half way and determined it was properly balanced and mentioned the noise was normal. That said, the noise on my second door is far less and several of my neighbors (who have torsion spring setups) don't have the noise issue. The technician sprayed oil on the rollers and torsion spring and did the best he could but still don't feel the issue was resolved.
