I initially chose Precision because of their certified technicians, however, the technician, TRAVIS, far exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. He explained my situation and did not high pressure me into any decision. He installed a new wall button in my garage and explained in detail how to operate it and what each button represented. Once again he displayed his expertise and was done in a timely fashion. For future service, not only will I chose Precision for all that they stand for, but for the technician they dispatched to my premises. Thank you Precision and a special thank you to Travis.

Very reliable and bit pricey. $500 last visit It's initially $69.99 to just come to your home, then I had a code pad changed which was $89.95 then I had some refurbishing done on an old garage door to run smoother that was $86.00 then an additional garage door opener for the car is $50.00 so it all adds up. I have to say they are very sufficient and come when they're supposed too and do the work. They have everything on the truck and there quick. None of having to order parts and come back another time. not a lot of chatting and wasting time, which I like. Technician is respectful and knowledgeable.

In your advertising, I was impressed that you "can fix it today!---and you did! I had a new garage door opener installed. I was especially impressed by the young man (Travis) who installed the new opener. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and I felt I could trust what he said. The torsion spring on my door makes loud banging sounds when opening the door. The technician lifted the door half way and determined it was properly balanced and mentioned the noise was normal. That said, the noise on my second door is far less and several of my neighbors (who have torsion spring setups) don't have the noise issue. The technician sprayed oil on the rollers and torsion spring and did the best he could but still don't feel the issue was resolved.

Great experience with Precision. They came on a weekend which was very convenient, and did same day service replacing springs and a door opener. Prices are clearly higher than doing it yourself, but it was great to have a pro who knew what he was doing. Great service.

My first call was answered by a person, not a machine and a very professional employee came to repair my very old garage door. As I thought, it could not be repaired and he gave me a quote for a replacement. I accepted the quote and an order was placed. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from another company I had called. (My call had been answered by a machine) Needless to say, he did not get our business. When one of my garage door springs broke I checked your web site reviews and found no complaints at all for technical services performed. When I called, a very pleasant lady took my call and scheduled service sooner than I expected. On the afternoon scheduled, Travis called in advance to say he would arrive around 4:00 pm and actually came a few minutes early! Travis was personable, professional, efficient and very responsive to my questions. The work of replacing both springs, including the installation of safety cables which had not existed, was accomplished for less than I had estimated, for the springs alone! I do not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and feel they are, indeed, fortunate to have someone of Travis' ability and personality on their staff!
