My first experience with Precision Door was in 2022. I was completely satisfied with the service I received beginning with my initial phone call to your office. I was extremely pleased with the technician; he was both courteous and very knowledgeable. I required the services of the technician this year and, again, was extremely pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend the services of your company to family and friends.

Jeffrey Barrales came to see what was wrong with our garage door. He was courteous and thorough in explaining the reasons for the door malfunction. He not only explained the work that needed to be done but presented me with three different options. After further discussion he helped me select the one that met my needs and proceeded to do the work. I was satisfied with the work that Jeffrey performed. As such I am recommeding not only Precision for garage door service, but also Jeffrey Barrales, for his skills and workmanship. Rosa M. Jacobson

I am a repeat customer of Precision over a number of years, being very comfortable in the knowledge that their work will be done in a very professional, workmanship, competent manner by their techs in an efficient manner. Their techs have always been pleasant in their manner, explaining things in terms which I, as a layman in specific terms relating to the operation of garage doors, understand, and they are very patient in listening to any questions posed. I highly recommend them and , of course, will continue to use Precision exclusively for my needs relating to garage doors. The most recent tech responding to my needs was Jeffrey B., who was very personable and he appeared in a very timely manner at the appointed time as promised by the office staff, which I considered very helpful.

Excellent experience throughout, from making the appointment to the completion of the work. When I called to reschedule for an earlier appointment I was readily accommodated. The technician, Jeffrey was prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. He immediately analyzed the problem, offered solutions and recommendations. The work was completed very satisfactorily in a timely manner. I have worked with Precision for many years and originally chose them because of their location, and reviews. I highly recommend Precision.
