Kyle grew up in Carmel, NY, and now lives in Westchester, NY, with his wife, son, and many pets. He has been involved in the garage door industry his whole life and has been a technician for 20 years. While he is not at Precision, Kyle attends Westchester Community College, where he is studying to receive his accounting degree. In his free time, he loves outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and taking trips to the beach.

I first became aware of Precision when one of their technicians came to repair a friend’s garage after it was flooded by storm Ida. I was very impressed with the service. So when I began having trouble with my garage, I immediately thought of them and called. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Kyle, was very thorough. He was also personable and patient. He explained exactly what was needed and why it was needed. There was no hard sell tactics. He came with a fully stocked van so he was able to make all the necessary repairs during the visit. I also would like to comment on their great customer service. Once you make the appointment, they confirm it in writing, by text and by email. The day of the appointment someone contacts you. When the technician is on his way, he will call you. They also send you a photo of the technician so you know who to expect. I wish more businesses were them.
