The technician was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do, showing the costs as he went along. The total bill came to less then he estimated. I would use Precision again. Thank you.

Found Precision through mobile internet. Precision responded with a tech(Rick C.) onsite within the hour. Tech was able to temporary repair ~25 yr old composite door securing the house and recommended replacement with steel. Tech was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was delighted when the office first tried to help me fix the problem by myself by referring me to the video, and when Rick Coleman arrived earlier than expected and fixed the problem (not the one contemplated by the office) in no time at all.

Justin was prompt and courteous. I truly appreciated the phone call 15 minutes before his arrival. He identified the problem, fixed it, then let me know what to look for to be ahead of the curve the next time there was a problem. Fees charged were reasonable, especially given the very quick turnaround for a Sunday morning appointment. I am very pleased with my experience Precision. I will not hesitate to call the next time there is a problem.

When the garage door wouldn't close today I looked on Angies list and found Precision garage door service rated at the top of their list. I wasn't disappointed. I called at around 2:pm and was told they could send someone to me by 5:00. I then got an e-mail confirmation with the name of the technician and his picture. Travis arrived at 3:30. He explained the problem in great detail, and showed me what the problem was. Travis was knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door quite quickly. I couldn't have asked for more - and will never use another company for our garage door!

Service man arrived on time in spite of heavy snow showers. Job completed on time. Called Precision because of full page ad in Verizon yellow pages (p243). Price seemed fair for garage door repairs. Thank you, I would recommend you to friends.

The technician arrived right on time and did a very professional job. I was not at home at the time...only my husband but he took the time to call me to confirm what he needed to do and the cost of the work. My husband was very impressed with the job (sometimes he is hard to please!) All of our dealings with Precision have been of the highest caliber. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I chose Precision Door because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. I could not be happier! A door I could barely lift now moves easily. I was called on my cell phone by the technician - Rich - when he was 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. He arrived promptly during the appointment time that was set up in advance. One visit was scheduled during horrific weather. Blowing and drifting snow, and temperatures below 10 degrees. I was called first thing in the morning to let me know that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. No kidding!! The woman was apologetic, and there was no need for that. It was rescheduled at my convenience. You can't go wrong with these guys. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, Travis arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous. Installed a new garage door opener for me. I am new to the area, and wasn't sure whom to call, but glad I called Precision. From the ease of scheduling appointment, to confirmation email, phone call prior to arrival and expert install everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. Travis was a pleasure to work with.

This was a great experience. Christina was very helpful in the phone in her product recommendation and scheduling the appointment. The technician showed up EARLY!!!! and the work was done under 2 1/2 hours. He was very clear in explaining the new openers and recommending repairs that need to be done on the actual garage doors. I would definitely recommend your service. My apologies that I do not recall the installer.
