I looked on the internet for a garage company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday night. I was impressed that you have 24/7 real people answering the phones. The lady was very nice and told me that she would arrange for a first appt.on Monday morning, as I needed to leave my house early. Darren was also very nice and helpful in helping me out.

Amazing...from start to finish. I had a new garage door installed. I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism of everyone I had contact with. Glenn, the sales rep, gave me all my options, did not pressure me, and after checking out other companies, gave me enough security and confidence to go with Precision. From there, Theresa was always a pleasure on the phone and responsive to emails, I have to say the technicians, Sam and Rodrigo, were the best! They were personable, worked efficiently and as a team, and had great senses of humor. Overall, I felt taken cared of. Its nice to have that nowadays. I chose PRECISION for it's long standing reputation in the local community. Each person I spoke to(Glenn, Brian, Theresa) and met was very thorough and helpful and personable. The service technicians who installed the door were also very efficient and knowledgeable and personable, Joe and George. Installed the door in about 3 hours or less and left the garage in clean condition. I would recommend PRECISION for all your garage door needs.
