They were really nice guys, and answered my silly concerns with all seriousness. They worked really efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. They made sure that I was happy with the job they did. I will absolutely recommend your company to anybody who needs a new garage door or repairs. I just wish I had put in the new door sooner-- who would have thought that a new garage door could make a woman so happy.(Shared Review)

Finding my old garage door opener had expired, Justin installed a new one. He did an excellent job and was professional and helpful. The only problem with it was not his fault: the main switch (button pad)really didn't work. I was not able to press hard enough to make it connect. So Justin kindly reinstalled my old switch, which does work.

Justin recently fixed our door. I was very impressed with both his technical skills as well as his professionalism. Your same day service far excelled another company who had missed eight scheduled appointments. I wish I had used Precision first because this opener was a Valentines Day present that was two weeks late. Darren, the technician, was on time, professional, knowledgable and honest. THANK YOU!
