I am very happy. From the start, the website allowed me to configure two manual doors precisely as I desired. Michael arrived, measured, advised and quoted a price that was less than I feared. Installation occurred two weeks earlier than anticipated, an efficient, clean and professional job. The fit and finish is perfect. My only nitpick is that the two door locks are not keyed the same, a small detail but one I'll live with over the years. Again, I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the results, and glad I chose PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE.
Hi Herve, We’re thrilled to hear everything went so smoothly from configuring your doors online to Michael’s accurate measurements and helpful advice. Getting your installation done ahead of schedule with a perfect fit and finish is exactly what we aim for. We appreciate your feedback on the locks and will keep that in mind for future improvements. Thank you for choosing Precision Garage Door Service. Take care.

Friends recommended Precision Garage Door to me, because they were very pleased with the service delivered by technician Jeffrey Barrales. Alex Berk, the tech who serviced my garage door, also did a great job. He assessed all parts of the door, which was installed about 15 years ago; explained his findings; and detailed and priced three different maintenance and repair options. I chose the option that made the most sense; Alex quickly did the work and reviewed it with me; and voila--now I have a garage door that operates smoothly and quietly. My experience with Precision was top notch. I'd be glad to use Precision in future.
Hi Jess, Thank you for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're so pleased to hear that Alex Berk delivered excellent service. It's great that he took the time to thoroughly assess your garage door, explain your options clearly, and complete the work efficiently. Our garage door system needed a repair to a roller that came loose and dropped off. Joshua quickly diagnosed the needed action to replace and secure the roller. Joshua tightened all the other roller connections and other screws as well. In addition Joshua made an adjustment to the motor to return the closing settings to make a softer landing while preserving the secure fit with the floor. Joshua worked quickly, explained what he was doing and was very professional yet quite friendly. I think Joshua represents your company very well. Additionally we were very impressed with your overall approach to Customer Service. We were very comfortable with the level of communication you provided from start to finish. Being seniors, we felt we were treated with courtesy and appreciated being advised who would be arriving and when.
