Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like. He had to exchange a lot of the hardware.

Just a note that my city should be Stamford but I didn’t see as an option. Joshua was excellent at helping me install a new keypad and set up a new key. Efficient, knowledgeable, and just a pleasant guy overall. Would highly recommend to others.
