Brian Clark came to my house today (December 29th) to do repairs on our garage door openers. He went about his work in a professional manner and his employer can be quite proud to have him as an employee and to send him to private homes. I think he is the type of person who would make a client recommend Precision Door.

I was most pleased with Darren, the technician, who worked at our home today. He was most polite, and patient in explaining what needed to be done and was willing to speak with my husband on the phone, as he was at work. Thanks.

Had Dennis and Darren rebuild my garage door. Had Darren back for a noise, but he explained to my satisfaction that it was the door opener that was causing the noise. So far very satisfied with the service I received.

Bought new door and opener. The salesman and the installation crew were very knowledgible and courteous. Did a clean and good installation and was willing to complete the job per my request. Did not hurry up and leave until they explained the operation and went thru the entire installation patiently. Very pleased.

Found Precision in the phone book, where the ad was appealing. The gentleman that promptly came to my house for an estimate was helpful and accomodating. My new garage door with opener was installed by Sam, who was timely, pleasant, neat and efficient. The door looks great and I expect to have it operating for a very long time!

We had a broken cable and made an appointment with Precision. Darren arrived on time, set the door down, replaced both cables and adjusted the tension. He did an outstanding job. If our garage door has any more issues, we'll call back and ask for Darren again. - Brian B, Highland Mills

Darren came to the house early in the time interval previously specified on 9 September 2009, checked out the operation of the garage door (it worked well) and replaced the external key pad and rubber strip at the bottom of the door. Since the total came to more than $200, he informed me that there was a freebie that came with it, a laser unit that positions the car in the garage, which he then installed. His work was a first-class operation. I would rate him a 5. Many thanks.

my problem was a broken cable whch disabled one of my bays. Additionally I knew the doors were becoming rickety and loud. I called from an inernet search using Google and was attracted by the promise of quick response, comprehensive service and local operator. The tech was early, honest, informative, professional and fast. He gave me his best advice as well as an option for an expedient or a comrehensive solution. I took his advice and swapped out all of the mechanical components. I may well do the other two bays based on his advice. Well done. Bob

My garage door needed repair and the technician arrived on the same day I called for service. He was able to solve the problem quickly and without difficulty by replacing a few minor parts. Brian is now on my list of repairmen to be referred to friends and neighbors. Precision gets 5 stars based on immediate response and my experience with Brian.
