The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Kyle. He was courteous and professional. Prior to making the repair on my garage door, Kyle did a thorough inspection of my garage doors and all of the mechanisms. He was able to send me an immediate estimate in email for work that was completed today and for things that will need to be repaired and/or replaced in the not too distant future. I am very happy with Kyle’s work. I’m looking forward to his next visit to my home.

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction. From now on when we need any work done on our garage doors, we will call Precision and ask for Jesse.

We could not be more pleased with the install of 3 new, updated garage door openers. The service technician, Aleksei Coss was thoroughly professional. Not only did he explain every detail before and after our purchase with patience and clarity, but his workmanship was impeccable...with attention and pride in every detail. His work was done with conscientiousness and thoroughness rarely seen today.

I was very skeptical of calling a company for a repair of any kind without knowing exactly what was wrong. I chose precision due to location and vicinity of my home. From the time I scheduled the appointment up until the job completion, it has been better than five star service. I have no words to express how professional and knowledgeable Jessie is. From the moment he arrived, he was nothing less than professional And welcomed all my questions. Had I had been given a company as a reference by anyone, the experience couldn’t have been any better. Repair was fast, efficient, and the result was beyond impressive. Being in the medical field, the fact that they respect Covid and respect everyone by keeping safety a priority, was beyond what I could’ve ever expected. Jessie was so impressive with how professional and knowledgeable he is In addition to the fact safety was always maintained and he remained masked with a very protective mask throughout the visit. I am so sorry I can only give five stars. Pricing is more than fair and the fact that they come on weekends and is no extra cost is on his also another five star feature. Don’t go anywhere else. This is going to be my go to for all garage door needs And it should be yours too.

Had a garage door spring snap on us during a bitterly cold period during a holiday weekend. I called in the morning and was delighted that we were able to get a technician out the same day. Our technician Julian arrived during the early part of our time window, and was friendly and professional. He clearly laid out our options and explained the work that was to be completed. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Perhaps things were a touch pricey, but you get what you pay for -- and in this case, high quality and service.

A good friend of mine recommended Precision to fix my garage door. I called the company and Mike Gannon promptly returned my call and then came to my home to inspect the problem. He assured me Precision would be able to fix it. I had an unusual problem and he told me that Julian Zivan, the installer, would know what to do. They were both at my home today and yes, my garage door is working!

The spring that opens the garage broke and needed to be replaced. The supporting hardware also needed to upgraded. Carlos, the technician arrived in time, analyzed the situation and gave us a quote to fix the door. After approving the order, Carlos completed the repairs and showed what he had done to fix the door. Very efficient!
