The tech Brian was so professional and innovative in solving the problem presented due to older construction and limited space, which turned out to be more than just springs. He went beyond tech into engineering. He was a great communicator at every step along the way - from updating his arrival status to describing the work and identifying other problems outside his job scope. The technician Brian just completed my garage door repair. I'm thrilled. He was knowledgeable, neat, and quick but meticulous. Nice guy too. Communication with the office was terrific. They took my appointment after hours and were here the following afternoon within the promised time period I'll definitely use Precision Door again (and, since I have two more garage doors, that is likely to be soon). All in all an excellent experience.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, examined all parts and gave two alternatives. The tech, Mike Ganning, gave a clear easily understandable assessment of the problem. After selecting the best option for me, the workmanship was superior. Once the work was completed he explained what was done, what I should do regarding easy DIY maintenance. Overall a great job. Highly recommended.

Leonardo Rosado is a professional! He pointed out how the garage door, installed by another company, (cannot remember what company it was) was not installed correctly. He also showed me what was needed to be done to correct the door. Leonardo also offered me 3 options to correct the situation. I ordered a new Garage Door and hope to have Leonardo Rosado install it because I have complete faith that it will be installed correctly by him.

Awesome service. So easy to work with. Great work. We had been using a different company, but we called Precision after the other company failed to return phone calls. We received a reminder email the day before our appointment with Precision. The day of the appointment, we received an email and a call from the technician, Jesse, that he was on his way. He was very polite. He identified what needed to be fixed right away and quickly fixed the problem. I could not be happier.
