Excellent! First they sent me an email with the name and picture of the technician who would work on my garage. No chance of opening my door to a stranger! The next day they called ahead of time to tell me when they would arrive and the name of the technician. The person arrived at the exact time, assessed the problem, told us the approximate price to fix it and had all the necessary materials on the truck. The technician got to work immediately, was efficient, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Leonardo the service technician was very professional. He called prior to his arrival letting me know the exact time he would arrive. After he inspected the garage door opener he informed me that a part had to be replaced and he had the part on the truck. After installing the new part he tested the garage door opener to insure it worked properly. He then advised me the springs on the other door should be replaced. Once again the springs and safety cables were on the truck. After installation he tested the garage door to make sure everything was working correctly. A job wll done

The torsion spring on my door makes loud banging sounds when opening the door. The technician lifted the door half way and determined it was properly balanced and mentioned the noise was normal. That said, the noise on my second door is far less and several of my neighbors (who have torsion spring setups) don't have the noise issue. The technician sprayed oil on the rollers and torsion spring and did the best he could but still don't feel the issue was resolved.
