Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was chosen because it was nearby to us. Very professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our car was trapped and service came right away, same day. Julian, our repair person, was both skilled and personable. The bill was so reasonable too. We would call them again if needed. Kyle our tech was amazing. I had backed into the door and thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he repaired it to look almost as good as new so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Kyle was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Any time I have an issue with my garage doors, I go directly to Precision - I wouldn’t consider using any other company!

What a great experience. If there was an option for six stars, I would give that. From the moment I made the appointment for the technician to come to my house, I was impressed by the extraordinary customer service. I think that the text and email notifications are a very nice touch. Prior to the technician arriving at my home, I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was scheduled to come to my house, along with a little information about him; Another nice touch. Leonardo got to my home as scheduled. What a pleasurable service experience . He was friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff . What impressed me most about Leonardo was his honesty . He was not pushy and did not try to get me to Buy things that I did not need . Thank you again for such a great service experience .

Roberto of Precision was fantastic to work with. Friendly, always wearing a smile, and smart, Roberto presented me with options for a torsion spring, explaining them clearly and without pressure. After we agreed on the plan, Roberto installed the spring in what seemed like no time at all. Roberto is expert at explaining his product and installing it. Look no further. Go with Roberto and Precision. You will be very glad you did.
